Luo Xing weighed the small pouch in his hand — at least a billion Berries inside.
For the cash-strapped Revolutionary Army, that was a fortune.
He glanced toward the distant silhouette of Sabo, his voice calm yet clear enough to reach the revolutionary's ears even from afar:
"One day, we'll meet again."
Because they would — inevitably.
Luo Xing's ambition was grander than any pirate's treasure or title.
His goal: to forge the strongest Beast Pirates, overthrow the World Government, and reshape the world anew.
The Revolutionaries had a similar dream — but their methods were frail in comparison.
They worked from the shadows, dismantling kingdoms and power structures quietly, afraid to wage open war against the Navy and the Celestial Dragons.
Luo Xing, however, believed in absolute strength.
When his divine-grade Monster Cells were complete — and when Kaido consumed them — the world itself would bow.
A divine beast empowered by monstrosity — the Blue Dragon reborn to destroy the old world.
That was the future he envisioned.
Joker's Rage
Thud!
From the shattered pit, Doflamingo dragged himself up.
A long, jagged wound cut across his chest — deep and raw, resisting even his String-String Fruit's ability to stitch it shut.
His eyes were bloodshot.
The corpses of his Donquixote Family lay strewn across the Colosseum floor — Trebol, Diamante, all of them gone.
The air around him trembled with killing intent.
Black, turbulent waves of Haki coiled upward into the sky.
Even Boa Hancock's eyes narrowed; she took her sisters by the arm and stepped back, her beauty untouched but her tone suddenly wary.
"He's lost all reason…"
She had no intention of joining this madness.
The last Senzu Bean was gone — and this fight was one even she didn't dare approach.
Katakuri, Marco, Lucky Roux — all chose to observe quietly, tension in their stares.
And hidden behind a crumbled pillar, Stussy watched intently.
The CP0 spy's red lips curved in a sly smile.
"A perfect chance to study the Beast Prince's true power…"
Hell's Puppeteer
"I'll kill you!!"
Doflamingo's voice was guttural — the snarl of something that had climbed out of hell itself.
The sheer pressure of his rage made the air vibrate.
He moved — faster than the eye could follow.
His bloodlust was tangible, suffocating.
Even hardened monsters like Katakuri and Marco felt the prickling of danger.
"So that's the power of those Monster Cells," Marco muttered. "He's even stronger than before…"
Their attention turned sharply to Luo Xing.
What would he do?
The Unshakable Beast Prince
Luo Xing handed the pouch behind him to Carrot, who clutched it nervously.
He faced the charging Doflamingo without even shifting his stance.
"Overheat? Parasite? No… Five-Color Strings!"
Doflamingo's fingers lashed out, the five razor-thin threads slicing through the air with deadly precision.
Katakuri's pupils flared red as he activated his Future Sight.
What he saw made him stiffen.
Luo Xing's hand rose slowly, his palm coated in a shifting black armor that pulsed like flowing metal.
When it met the Five-Color Strings—
Snap!
They were cut cleanly. Effortlessly.
Then, with almost casual grace, Luo Xing's palm swung outward —
CRACK!
The slap echoed like thunder.
Doflamingo's head snapped sideways, his cheekbone fracturing instantly.
He spat a mouthful of blood — and several teeth — as his body shot across the arena, cratering into a distant wall.
Gasps rippled through the onlookers.
This wasn't a sneak attack like before.
Doflamingo had struck first — and still been utterly crushed.
The Power of Ryūō
"That black armor… what is it?" whispered Sandersonia, Hancock's younger sister.
Before Hancock could answer, Marco spoke gravely:
"That's Ryūō — the Wano term for advanced Armament Haki. It lets you bypass external defenses and strike directly inside the body."
He knew it well — Oden had used it.
And now, seeing Luo Xing wield it so fluently sent a chill down Marco's spine.
"Even my Phoenix form wouldn't hold up against that," he muttered.
The King's Aura
Luo Xing began walking toward Doflamingo's broken form.
Each step radiated pressure like crashing waves, his Haki thickening with every stride.
Even hardened veterans like Chinjao and Elizabello II staggered back, dizziness overtaking them.
"Th-that's… Conqueror's Haki!" Chinjao gasped.
But this wasn't just any Conqueror's Haki.
His own felt like a flickering candle beside a raging sun.
Crack!
A stone pillar nearby shattered under invisible force.
Even Hancock and Katakuri exchanged a glance — genuine unease flashing across their faces.
This pressure… it surpassed theirs.
Lucky Roux, jaw slack, whispered in disbelief:
"Physical… Conqueror's Haki? There's only one man in the world known to do that — our Captain."
Red-Haired Shanks — renowned as the world's strongest user of Conqueror's Haki, able to turn sheer will into physical force.
And now… Luo Xing stood as another who could.
The End of Joker
Doflamingo trembled, blood dripping down his chin, fear overtaking fury.
His confidence — his arrogance — all shattered beneath that suffocating dominance.
How?
How can this be?!
Advanced Armament Haki — internal destruction.
Conqueror's Haki — that could cause physical damage.
Even with Monster Cells coursing through his body, Doflamingo was no match.
For the first time, the Heavenly Demon truly looked like a mortal man.
"No… I'm a Celestial Dragon! I won't lose! I can't—!"
He screamed, veins bulging, eyes wild.
He forced himself upright, Haki crackling around him as he unleashed everything he had.
"If I die— I'm taking you with me!"
He spread his arms, threads exploding outward, warping the air.
"Witness my greatest power— the ultimate awakening of my Devil Fruit!"
