The next thing to do is money.
I can create as much money as I want, but you know, inflation deflation and such.
Again, I need someone smart and trustworthy for it. No one really has experience with money.
Kijima seems to have taken responsibility for the construction well enough, but I doubt he can handle economics.
Speaking of economics, my ideal is something like a mix of socialism and capitalism.
Basic 'Food, Clothing, Shelter' should be free for all, along with Education and Healthcare. The taxes are for such basic necessities. And capitalism is what drives growth and progress more easily, instead of having to control everything.
Hmmm... Let's do that later. First, let's just create a bank and currency.

I allowed Dwargon's spy to return to Dwargon, allowing her to share some basic information like who is the Chancellor of Great Jura Federation, that Elmesia came herself in search of her cousin, who went missing while investigating Veldora's disappearance, and that after a meeting, Sarrion signed Non-aggression and Mutual Defence treaties.
That spy is now our double agent, thanks to Diablo.
I even allowed her to report back that I took care of Orc Lord. Not Orc Disaster.
So now, Gazel has come himself huh?
So, I rode on Solgaleo, and came out of the city construction to meet Gazel.
I don't plan to threaten him like Elmesia. Because Sarrion is basically diplomatically alone, while every country recognises Dwargon's currency as the most trusted currency. And he has a stubborn personality and not as smart as Elmesia.
Moreover, he doesn't seem that strong. I doubt I can get anything of much value from him personally.
But, I can get some more personnel for my nation from him.
Gazel landed in front of me.
"So, what brings the king of Dwargon himself to Great Jura Federation—!?"

Oh. Now I am pissed. Trying to read the mind of the ruler of a sovereign nation is beyond rude.

Gazel got off his Pegasus, looking least bothered and unapologetic.
"I apologise for trying to get a read on you. You got rid of Orc Lord and formed an unusual relationship with Sarrion. I was being cautious—"
"I don't care about your excuses. You can't just show hostilities and then shrug it off."
"ROOOOAAAAAR!"
Solgaleo roared. Oh. He is pissed too huh?
I petted him, calming him down.
"There there..."
"Ahem! I apologise for my mistake. You see, I heard about Orc Lord, and I have come to get rid of it before it becomes a danger for my country."
Pretending huh?
"The Champion, Conqueror of Flames already got rid of it."
"I see. If she is here, then it makes sense."
I pinned the blame of getting rid of Orc Lord on Shizu, who is already famous in the human world as a Champion.
Most of the spies didn't know who got rid of the Orc Lord, or whether it was gotten rid of at all.
Only Sarrion and Dwargon spies managed to get the information. Yuuki's spies didn't know, but I am sure Yuuki himself already knows.
But unless they spread it, most countries, like Falmuth, will buy that Shizu took care of Orc Lord.
Gazel took out his sword, and said, "I know it's more rude of me, but I request a duel. If you manage to block all my hits, you win."
Ah. Duel huh?
Come to think of it, I have never used a sword until now.
I got in my human form, having formed my clothes through my slime self mimicking them. A plain shirt and pant.
"Hakurou, pass me your sword."
Hakurou came from behind, and handed me his sword.
"Master!?"
"You have grown up huh? You were just a little kid back then."
Gazel was surprised to see Hakurou.

Let's see what this Gazel boy is made of.
