Joseph, the first Chief Civil Servant of Eagle Territory, officially took office amidst the setting sun. On his second day in office, he came to Thor with a thick stack of Eagle development plans.
"Did you prepare this?"
In the study, looking at the thick stack of documents, Thor was somewhat surprised.
"Yes, my Lord, this is the territory's future development plan I've been contemplating this month. Please take a look and see if it's feasible."
Joseph sheepishly scratched his head.
A month ago, upon learning about the authority of the Chief Civil Servant, he was not just vying for the position but also preparing for it.
After a month, he was more or less ready, so he couldn't wait to present it to Thor after assuming office.
"Let me see!"
Thor raised his eyebrows, nodded, and then focused his gaze on the manuscript.
Joseph did not interrupt, feeling a bit nervous.
