**Scene 113 – "Arabic Language Class"**
It had started to rain outside, and while it was raining… Bassem noticed the train through the window and began staring at it.
**The teacher spoke, saying:**
"Thoughts are ideas that suddenly cross our minds…
without any prior thinking.
They result from our state at specific moments
and take shape according to the nature of our feelings and emotions at those times."
**Bassem raised his hand** and said:
"I have one."
**Teacher:**
"Good… let us hear it."
**Bassem:**
"Get ready, here it comes…"
*Everyone laughed, and Bassem continued, saying:*
"A thought crossed my mind…
A train pulling a locomotive… in rainy skies…
Like an airplane, that thought… flew through my mind like a bird…

*The teacher applauded warmly* and said:
"Well done, excellent, Bassem, well done."
*Labib and the rest of the classmates applauded as well, then one of the girls spoke, saying:*
"What a thought… it left me puzzled."
*Everyone burst into loud laughter.*
