Tears welled up in Evelyn Morgan's eyes as she lowered her gaze, still feeling sad whenever she thought about Caden Lockwood's reason for approaching her.
"You've got a lifetime to blame me. From now on, whenever I bully you, you can use this reason to make me feel guilty, how about that?" Caden coaxed gently.
"So you plan to bully me again in the future?" Evelyn's focus was evidently different, "Caden, I've already agreed to forgive you. Instead of making amends and treating me better, you still intend to bully me?"
"My lady..."
"Get out!" Evelyn shouted, "I don't want to see you!"
"Even though you say with your mouth to let me out, in your heart you surely don't want to." Caden simply sat down beside Evelyn, "My lady, I won't leave you, absolutely not!"
Seeing Caden with such a shameless expression, Evelyn was completely at a loss.
