Holly Sawyer extended her little finger, gently biting her lip and blinked as she spoke.
Leo Grant laughed and played that childish little game with Holly, and only then did she agree to take the medicine.
"Is it bitter?"
Watching the little girl swallow the medicine, Leo Grant chuckled as he looked at her.
Holly Sawyer shook her head.
The medicine wasn't bitter; it was sweet.
After finishing the medicine, Holly curled up in the blanket, revealing a pair of dark eyes looking at Leo Grant.
Those eyes looked so pitiful, as if they were speaking.
"What's wrong?"
Seeing her aggrieved expression, Leo truly felt a bit heartbroken.
"Brother, I'm hungry..."
Holly blinked, and her stomach had long been rumbling, clamoring for food.
