Davin, both shocked and furious, summoned his adjutant for questioning.
However, the adjutant was also at a loss.
"Sir, I don't know either. The soldiers just suddenly flew away!"
"Useless!"
Davin's face darkened. Ignoring further scolding of the adjutant, he turned his horse to personally take a look.
But the next moment, he stopped in his tracks.
Because the chaos in the distance was spreading in this direction.
As he got closer, Davin noticed a clue.
Amidst the crowd, it looked as if an invisible giant beast was charging wildly, sending soldiers flying along the way, bones snapping.
From a high vantage point, one could clearly see a gruesome path of blood plowed through the dense crowd, continuously advancing towards the spot where Davin and the three stood!
Seeing this, the faces of Davin and his companions immediately changed drastically.
"Stop it!" Davin almost roared the order.
