'Sparkle' remained in the house Elio had previously used.

Her primary reason for staying was to wait for the real Sparkle. She hadn't made much of an effort to hide her location; if someone truly wanted to find her, they could.

What puzzled her was the apparent lack of reaction from the Interastral Peace Corporation. Are they really being this generous?

On the other hand, below the video she had posted, a Masked Fool had already "exposed" the identity of Director Sparkle.

"Trust me, this Director Sparkle's real name is Sparkle. She's a Masked Fool who loves acting and looking for trouble more than anything else. I have high-definition photos here! Type '1' and I'll send them."

The top-liked comment was from an ID simply called "Anonymous." Below it was a literal flood of "111"s.

The second highest-liked comment was indeed a photo of Sparkle. Baiming wasn't sure where it had been taken, but Sparkle looked dazed and slightly out of it, completely lacking her usual sharp, cunning aura.

The comment section grew quite amusing:

"She's this tiny? She's not even as tall as the green onions in my backyard."

"I'm in love. Where can I get Sparkle's contact info?"

"Bro, I advise you to stay calm. This is a Masked Fool we're talking about."

"Wait, for real? A little girl made this? I'm a Galaxy Ranger, don't lie to me or I'll put a bullet through you."

"It's the real deal, bro. Come to the Tavern and I'll point her out to you."

"Was this really posted by those Masked Fools? What are they planning?"

Some random Masked Fool had leaked her identity, causing the entire conversation to shift focus onto Sparkle herself. Consequently, Baiming's Emotional Value began to skyrocket.

As the Masked Fools continued to stir the pot, the originally serious comment section finally devolved into chaos. Aside from those interested in Sparkle, some truly abstract players began to refresh the feed:

"Yaoshi, ugh, my Yaoshi, why are you so beautiful..."

"Is this guy an Abomination of Abundance? Can someone contact the Xianzhou to arrest him?"

"I'm from a world under the Land of Light's jurisdiction. I'll report you to the Giants of Light for me."

"Xipe is actually this pretty?? The Family eats this well and didn't tell me? I'm joining the Family right now."

"Why is Reignbow seated in a wheelchair?"

"So Nous is a giant one-eyed machine that glows red? I always thought it was just a big robot head. Well, it makes sense; why would an Aeon look like a human?"

"That's a profile shot of Nous!! You idiot!"

"I don't care, that's Nous's solitary eye!"

Baiming wasn't sure which faction these commenters belonged to, but they certainly weren't "normal" people. As for comments regarding the Amber Lord, she didn't see a single one; the IPC people must have deleted them all.

While 'Sparkle' was busily scrolling through the messy comment section—even using alt accounts to stir up trouble—the real Sparkle finally came knocking.

...

"So this is where the little raccoon is hiding? It really is in the middle of nowhere."

Sparkle looked at the specific coordinates on her phone, then at the desolate, uninhabited landscape before her. A dangerous smile curled her lips.

"You'd better actually have something interesting for me, or else... I'm not that easy to talk to, heh~"

Sparkle skipped toward the isolated residential building. She tossed a red button up and down in her hand, catching it repeatedly. Reaching the door, she giggled and pressed the doorbell.

The moment the person inside pulled the door open, Sparkle knew she had found the right place. This person, who looked exactly like her mirror image, was undoubtedly the culprit behind the video.

"Oh my, oh my~ This is quite an unexpected discovery."

Sparkle tilted her head with a giggle, circling around 'Sparkle' to inspect her. Appearance, expression, height—not a single hair was out of place.

'Sparkle' was likewise sizing up the original. Seeing her face-to-face was far more vivid than looking in a mirror. Sparkle's features were incredibly delicate. Although she was tiny, like a child, her demeanor and expression ensured no one would ever mistake her for a simple little girl. The red outfit, which might have seemed overly revealing on someone else, looked cute and pretty on her frame.

"You arrived faster than I expected. I thought you'd need a few more days to find me."

'Sparkle' watched the original inspect her and noticed the red button in her hand. Sparkle shook her head with a smile.

"It seems you don't know me well enough. If there's something fun, I'll arrive at top speed regardless of where it is."

As Sparkle spoke, she held out the button to her double.

"Hehe~ Since it's you, you must know what this button does, right? Want to press it? It's a surprise I prepared specifically for you."

'Sparkle' stared into those eyes and pressed it without a second's hesitation. There was no bomb; instead, with a soft pop, a burst of confetti exploded.

"The device is a bit rudimentary, little Sparkle~ The controller inside isn't connected to a signal transmitter, and there are no explosives inside exceeding the safety limit. This kind of test won't work on me."

'Sparkle' giggled and pointed a finger at her own eye. The talents inherited from two Geniuses weren't just for show. She could see through such simple mechanical creations with ease, without even needing to take them apart.

Sparkle's face immediately fell. "Tsk... boring."

She had seen through it just by looking... that was so dull. There was no exciting guessing game involved at all.

"Then how about I teach you a better design?"

'Sparkle' performed a mysterious sleight of hand, manifesting an identical red button. She placed it into the real Sparkle's hand.

"What's inside this one?"

Sparkle weighed it in her hand, trying to figure out how to dismantle it. But after a moment, she realized that while this button looked like hers, it was actually far more advanced. At the very least, she couldn't find a single way to take it apart.

"Guess~"

Hearing the provocation from her double, a dangerous smile returned to Sparkle's face. She looked up and suddenly lunged forward, pressing the button right against the double's ear with force.

"Guess if I'm gonna guess?"

But in the next instant, the unexpected happened.

The button didn't contain confetti or explosives. With a click, a wisp of Phase Flame snaked out from the button, instantly clinging to Sparkle's own arm while completely bypassing 'Sparkle' who was inches away.

"Huh?"

Amidst a look of utter bewilderment, the Phase Flame swallowed the real Sparkle whole, teleporting her to who-knows-where.

'Sparkle' burst into laughter. The miniature camera hidden in her neck bell had captured Sparkle's dumbfounded expression with perfect clarity.

When I eventually roleplay as Black Swan, I'm definitely turning this footage into a Light Cone and giving it to her as a gift.
