3. Ears

Method: clamp both fists and strike from both sides.
4. Jaw
Because of its exposed position, a blow can produce a basal skull fracture and intracranial hemorrhage. A hit causes excruciating pain or instant unconsciousness.
Method: straight punch or upward elbow.
5. Adam's apple
Here lie the trachea, carotid artery, and vagus nerve. A chop with the outer hand edge or a forearm strangle from behind can be lethal; fingers crushing the throat can suffocate the victim in seconds.
Method: direct strike, forearm choke, or finger crush.
6. Face
Holding eyes, nose, and mouth, the face is rich in nerves and vessels, making it extremely pain-sensitive. A solid blow can disable an opponent outright.
Method: punch, knee strike, or kick. Done properly, the enemy blacks out within three seconds.
7. Outer and rear neck
The sides of the neck are laced with lethal blood vessels and nerves; the carotid artery and vagus nerve both run along them. A sharp chop with the outer edge of the palm against an enemy's outer or rear neck can compress the carotid sinus, inducing severe arrhythmia and cardiac failure—death within two seconds.
Method: strike with the outer edge of the palm or an elbow drop.
8. Solar plexus
This is a 'fatal' zone, housing the phrenic nerve plexus, the gastro-esophageal tract, the aorta, and the inferior vena cava. A violent blow makes these vessels swell under pressure, forcing the heart to race or stop and causing suffocation—death within three seconds.
Method: best delivered with a kick or stomp for penetrating force.
9. Abdomen
From the xiphoid process below the sternum to the navel and surrounding area. The right upper quadrant holds liver and gallbladder, the left upper quadrant holds stomach and spleen; the kidneys flank the sides, while the lower abdomen contains intestines and bladder. These organs press against the pelvic rim, close to the heart and rich in mesenteric nerve nodes. A heavy strike swells visceral vessels, blocks circulation, and, thanks to the peritoneum's abundant nerve endings, causes unbearable pain. Rupture of liver, spleen, or kidney can kill in five seconds.
Method: use kicks or knee thrusts for a lethal strike.
10. Ribs
Twelve pairs of thin, long ribs carry thin muscle cover. A knee or kick to any rib can fracture bones and Vibration the viscera; sharp fracture ends may pierce organs and cause massive internal bleeding.

11. Groin

Method: smash or grind the instep with the heel.
14. Nerve clusters
Main clusters: elbow, wrist, web of the thumb, and dorsum of the hand. These spots are small and hard to target accurately—not highly recommended. "
