The Sound of paper flipping was the only reminder in the The Head Librarian Office that one could tell that the Office is occupied .
The Hokage and The Head Librarian were leisurely drinking tea while constantly looking at the overexcited blonde kid , who was excitedly flipping through the Jutsu Catalogue .
They Both looked at each other and chuckled at the confused and excited Genius of the Village , But they also didn't try to interfare this moment and silently sipped tea on their own .
Even with his Sharp mind skill , Naruto was really excited at this moment and the reason for that is the newly acquired Buff Skill
Reading the description of the skill , Naruto only has one thought in his mind .

The C-rank Jutsu catalogue Book was much thinner than the D-Rank one . Naruto finished reading it in just 15 minutes . after closing both the books .

Usage Summary -
This technique changes earth into fine sand by channelling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it. This effect goes around the body (not just the hands), making it just large enough for a person to move through.
While lurking underground, the user grabs a target and drags them into the earth, leaving only their head above the surface. Because victims are rendered unable to move in this state.
They are easily subjected to torture or decapitation. Such extreme measures are not required though.
