Cloud quickly run after hearing the roar. He knows that he doesn't have much time.
When he reach about the middle of the pale white wall, he can see the boar running from a distance away.
It quickly notice Cloud and turn to target him right away.
Cloud continue to run, hoping he could find something soon.
Then, he notice something that look like an opening on the pale white wall.
Cloud quickly try to run faster. The boar is also a lot closer now.
Cloud keep watching the boar as he run. He need to be aware of the distance between him and the boar.
As Cloud keep on running, he notice that he would not be able to reach the opening before the boar reach him.
But he continue to run without a pause at all. His eyes never leave the boar now.
Just when the boar is going to hit him, Cloud suddenly speed up then jump to avoid the charging boar.
After jumping and rolling on the ground, Cloud manage to narrowly dodge the boar.
But he still got hit slightly as he jumped.
Cloud's right leg was grazed by the boar's tusk. The tusk ripped open his leg until you can see the bone.
Although the boar's tusks is not exactly as sharp as a weapon, it is still sharp enough because of the common usage.
Coupled with the boar's pure charging force, it easily ripped through Cloud's flesh.
But fortunately for Cloud, as he was only grazed slightly, he managed to avoid his bone being crushed by the charging boar.
If he were to be hit directly then his bones would definitely have not been spared.
After rolling on the ground and quickly standing up, Cloud instantly check the boar behind him.
The boar hit the pale white wall hard after narrowly missing Cloud.
What surprises Cloud is that the wall was barely damaged by the collision with the boar.
It was not like when the boar hit a regular rock wall. The boar can easily destroy a regular rock wall normally.
Also, the boar seems to be stunned after the collision.
It didn't directly look for Cloud. Instead, it keep shaking its head while grunting.
Cloud only watch this for an instant. He quickly escape into the nearby opening on the white wall.
The opening on the white wall is quite narrow. It is only about 60 centimeters wide.
Cloud can barely fit through but he became happy because he knows that the boar would definitely not fit.
The opening also goes pretty deep so Cloud keep going deeper into the white wall.
From the collision before, Cloud knows that it would be very hard or impossible for the boar to break through the white wall.
That last collision only chip the surface of the white wall a little. It didn't even deal any significant crack on the wall.
That's why Cloud can relax now that he knows he's save. At least, the boar cannot harm him if he stay inside the white wall.
After going deeper into the wall for a few meters, Cloud found an open area.
The area is not big. The ceiling is just about 2 meters while the area is also about 2 diameter wide.
The area is circle ish so that's why it is about 2 diameter wide.
Cloud look around the area for a moment to make sure it's safe.
Once he is sure, he sit down in the middle to rest and recuperate.
The healing effects of the pills he consumed is still active until now.
It is healing Cloud's whole body while its effects gradually become less and less.
Cloud patiently wait while checking his injuries.
The wound that he just got on his leg is already healing. It is not bleeding anymore and you can see with a naked eye that the wound is still healing continuously.
Cloud check the other wounds throughout his body. Most are almost fully healed. It's just that his broken bones are still very painful when it is realigning and healing by itself.
Cloud didn't scream though. He only let out some grunt from time to time.
After noticing that the healing process has significantly slow down, Cloud eat the last recovery pill he brought.
He only managed to gather and prepare three for the journey. He didn't manage to gather contribution points for more.
The pill's effects soon activate. Cloud's body is healing at a rapid rate again.
But when this process goes on, Cloud gritted his teeth throughout.
His bones are realigning and healing faster so it became much more painful.
