When Athena heard that, she froze. She looked at the woman with disbelief. "That's not possible," she said. She knew Aren's strength; there was no way that he would be captured. It wasn't just possible.
"You doubt it?" the woman asked.
"Aren is too strong for you to handle," Athena said.
"Hmm, to have that much trust in someone. Well, regardless, we have captured him," she said and then waved her hand. A projection of Aren captured and chained down was shown. He was heavily beaten and bleeding.
"No, no, this is a trick," Athena said, backing away.
"Do you want to risk it?" the woman asked. "If you don't come with me, I'll order for him to be killed," she said. Her eyes held no hesitation; her voice was stern.
Athena was shaken up. A part of her screamed that this was a trick and that there was no way that Aren would be captured, but another part of her kept looking at the projection.
