"Fictional"
The enemy Kaijin in this work. These alien monsters appear in the Achromatic Area after the Achromatic Impact occurs. They possess the special ability to steal colors, causing the same "Achromatic Phenomenon" as the Achromatic Impact. When the number and scale of "Fictional" in a Retention Area reach a certain level, that area will also transform into a Achromatic Area.
Current investigations have revealed that some "Fictional" seem to possess intelligence similar to humans—but how "Fictional" appeared, and why they attack survivors, remains unknown... Their appearance is often a combination of famous paintings, sculptures, and other artworks from human history, along with fantasy creatures.
• Unique Nouns:
"Achromatic Impact"
An event triggered by a mysterious aurora 5 years ago. The only thing people know is that after the impact, the entire world became like a black-and-white movie. It was this event that led to the emergence of Achromatic Areas, Retention Areas, and the alien monsters known as "Fictional."
"Achromatic Phenomenon"
Refers to the phenomenon of things losing color during the Achromatic Impact and within Achromatic Areas.
It is now clear that anything caught in the Achromatic Phenomenon will lose its original vibrant colors and inherent characteristics, or even collapse and disappear. Using a "Void Box" can temporarily slow down the erosion rate of the Achromatic Phenomenon.
"Achromatic Area"
An area that lost its color due to the Achromatic Impact. Everything in the Achromatic Area is reduced to a monochromatic black-and-white ruined world. For survivors, the most terrifying aspect of the Achromatic Area is that any normal object entering it will lose its color over time. Additionally, alien entities called "Fictional" exist within the Achromatic Area and attack people.
"Retention Area"
After the Achromatic Impact event, this term refers to the few areas in the world that retained color and maintained normal ecology. It is also where the survivors of the Achromatic Impact live. Due to the existence of the Achromatic Area, all previous communication equipment became inoperable, and there is almost no communication between the various Retention Areas.
"Drawer Liquid"
An important setting introduced in this work, a special substance discovered by Sogno Manufacturing Process.
It exhibits different characteristics and abilities at different concentrations and stages. After the Achromatic Impact event, for some unknown reason, it exists in certain locations within the Achromatic Area and on "Fictional."
Phase 1: In its initial state, it is a colorful light particle. After collection and compression, it can be presented as a colorless liquid and can be used as a substitute for any known energy source. It is also an important exchange material, equivalent to money, in the Retention Area.
Phase 2: In this state, it has the ability to temporarily slow down the erosion rate of the Achromatic Phenomenon. However, it possesses the property of releasing a large amount of heat energy upon contact with the atmosphere, causing destruction. In terms of destructive power alone, it is more powerful than any known weapon. It is usually stored in special containers to form a "Void Box." Because it is extremely difficult to generate under current conditions, generally only Area Contractors and Area Explorers, who are responsible for investigating and exploring the Achromatic Area, possess it.
According to residual data, there also exists a "Drawer Box" which, after further purification and processing based on the "Void Box," can construct or distort anything according to the user's imagination... "Lenovo City"
An experimental city in this work, built with the participation of Sogno Manufacturing Process. It is one of the Retention Areas after the Achromatic Impact event, and also one of the main stages of this work.
• Organizations:
"Sogno Manufacturing Process" S.M.P. LTD
Full name "Sogno Manufacturing Process LTD." An international research group established after the Fourth Resource War. Its fields cover most high-tech areas, including global energy, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, biology, medical hardware, and national defense industrial products.
However, this very group suffered strangely severe damage during the Achromatic Impact, to the extent that almost no managers or employees survived—but the remaining equipment and technology became targets for survivors to seize.
Some survivors also believe that Sogno Manufacturing Process was responsible for causing the Achromatic Impact.
"Area Contractor"
Private military organizations that replaced the original military and police systems after the Achromatic Impact event.
Facing the remaining resources in the Achromatic Area and threats and conflicts from "Fictional" and among survivors within the Retention Area, various large and small agencies were established by former government members, corporate giants, or even mercenaries and gangs.
Under the guise of maintaining regional security and protecting survivors, they gained actual control over the Retention Area, primarily responsible for exploring and communicating with the Achromatic Area and other Retention Areas, as well as trading resources.
The main Area Contractor in Lenovo City is Banshees, established by Kurihara Kirio, one of the former department heads of Sogno Manufacturing Process's Lenovo City division.
"Area Explorer"
A new profession that emerged after the Achromatic Impact event, primarily tasked with collecting resources and exploring the Achromatic Area.
Most are managed by Area Contractors and are also responsible for protecting and maintaining public order in their respective areas.
• Special Equipment:
"Designer Driver":
The special belt used to transform into Kamen Rider Creator in this work.
A groundbreaking device with high expandability, capable of storing all observed worlds within its internal matrix. By reading the corresponding energy fluctuations and fantasy data from the "Drawer Boxes" loaded on both sides, it can evoke and implement the creation of all things, then customize and deploy them one-to-one according to the user's status and permissions, making transformation with various characteristic abilities possible.
"Overload Driver":
The belt used to transform into Kamen Rider Impulse and other Riders in this work.
A special activation device manufactured by Banshees using relevant data and technology from Sogno Manufacturing Process. By reading the corresponding energy fluctuations and fantasy data from the specific "Drawer Box" loaded, it forms corresponding armor, granting the user the ability to transform into a Kamen Rider.
Unlike the Designer Driver, it cannot combine various fantasy creature modules. It can only expand and strengthen by adding equipment and abilities to a single module, and there is a time limit for transformation—currently, all three manufactured drivers are equipped to the HOA Squad.
"Drawer Box":
One of the auxiliary items used by Kamen Riders in this work. By loading it on both sides of the Designer Driver, it grants the upper and lower body corresponding colors.
It is a product obtained by further purifying and processing the "Void Box," and it displays vibrant monochrome colors and corresponding creature modules (a total of 46 types). It can construct anything according to the user's imagination, but the usage conditions are too difficult. Only by loading it into the Designer Driver can the user more simply and comprehensively gain the corresponding abilities of the "Drawer Box."
"Void Box"
One of the auxiliary items used by Kamen Riders and Area Explorers in this work.
It is a product obtained by compressing and processing "Drawer Liquid" after it has been collected into a special device. It has the ability to temporarily slow down the erosion rate of the Achromatic Phenomenon. However, it possesses the property of releasing a large amount of heat energy upon contact with the atmosphere, causing destruction. In terms of destructive power alone, it is more powerful than any known weapon.

However, he is also a genius with exceptionally excellent abilities in all aspects.
For some unknown reason, he possesses the manufacturing technology for the Designer Driver and the Drawer Box—it is suspected that he has some connection with Sogno Manufacturing Process—but he claims to have lost part of his memory and cannot answer.
He says he likes beginnings and processes and dislikes endings, which is why he even tears off the last page when reading a book.

Normally, she is active and lively, making people feel she lacks a sense of urgency and responsibility. This personality also makes her very easy to get along with. But after getting to know her, one would discover... Before the Achromatic Impact, she studied at an institution under Sogno Manufacturing Process, claiming that she chose to become an explorer out of interest. After joining the Banshees, she participated in the research and development of the Drawer Box and the Overload Driver with her own strength, achieving a leading position—she seems to know about Creator's past and calls him "Senior."

The transformed form of Kamen Rider Burst, the fourth Rider of this work.
An Area Explorer of the HOA Squad belonging to the Banshees. He is responsible for rear security and sniper support within the squad. During missions, he possesses excellent intelligence analysis capabilities and memory, and his shooting skills can be said to be first-class.
Before the Achromatic Impact, he was a top elite detective. At first glance, he appears serious, stern, and difficult to get along with, but in fact, he values his comrades around him greatly.
Due to his former status as an elite, he has a persistent pursuit of "honor."
"Tachibana Hayato"
—
An Area Explorer of the HOA Squad belonging to the Banshees. He serves as the captain in charge of operational command. During missions, he is very cautious and possesses superhuman calmness.
He was originally a military officer, but after an operation, he suddenly chose to withdraw for some unknown reason. Afterwards, he devoted himself to promoting peace initiatives in various regions. After the Achromatic Impact, he chose to join the Banshees out of a desire to protect the survivors.
He usually appears calm and composed, without much expression, but he cares deeply for his subordinates, considering their safety more important than his own life.
