Star-beast bone was an excellent material for transmitting offensive mental energy. Unfortunately, as an affinity-type mental-energy user, Eli could only make use of its most basic function as a physical weapon, which greatly reduced its effectiveness.
Still, it was better than going unarmed.

Fenrir's Spear was, as its name suggested, a club established by Fenrir-affiliated students at the First Military Academy. It welcomed the noble sons of families connected to Fenrir while also recruiting outstanding commoners from the territories governed by the Ancient Tower and Cloudreach Tower.
A small portion of the club's funding came from the First Military Academy. Of course, even that supposedly small portion was far greater than the funding available to ordinary school clubs.
The majority came directly from the Fenrir family.
