Before Madara Uchiha, a familiar spinning wheel materialized once more.

When Madara saw the result, he burst out laughing.

Everyone, get ready for a spectacle!
[Izuna Uchiha]: Nii-san! Nii-san! Nii-san!
What kind of punishment is it?!
You're so excited—spill it already!!
[Hashirama Senju]: Madara! Come on, tell us!
What did you pull this time?
[Tobirama Senju]: Nii-san, don't bother.
We'll find out soon enough once the scroll activates.
[Fourth Raikage – A]: Madara Uchiha!!
I swear—I'll never forgive you!
[Madara]: Save it.
I don't care about being enemies with you.
You're not even worthy of being my enemy.
Soon, the scroll issued a system notification:
[Announcement: The punishment for the Fourth Raikage A has been successfully drawn by Madara Uchiha.
It will be publicly executed in 1 minute. Stay tuned!]
That one minute felt like an eternity.
Everyone was eagerly waiting to see what sort of punishment the Fourth Raikage would face.
A himself was even more anxious.
For some reason, beyond the nervousness…
There was even a strange sense of anticipation.
Hidden Cloud Village – Raikage's Office.
Mabui: "Lord Raikage, could you stop pacing?
You're making me dizzy!"
A: "Why am I so unlucky?!
Another punishment?! And in front of everyone again?!
What if it's the same one as before?!
Don't I have any dignity?!"
Mabui: "Lord Raikage… I think you might want to start… keeping a lower profile."
A: "What's that supposed to mean?!
Are you telling me to tuck my tail and act humble?
I don't even have a tail to tuck!"
Mabui: "I just mean… if you keep provoking others,
you might end up getting punished again and again."
Mabui had a point.
She could see clearly:
The feud between the Fourth Raikage and Madara Uchiha was far from over.
If A got riled up again, he might recklessly agree to another insane bet or duel.
A: "Mabui! Are you saying I'm really that inferior to Madara Uchiha?!"
Mabui just gave him a long, tired look.
Her expression said:
"You figure it out yourself. I'm done explaining."
Finally, the minute passed.
Everyone turned their eyes toward the screen with anticipation.
The footage shifted.
A beam of golden light shot out from the scroll and streaked toward Hidden Cloud Village.
Everyone knew—
The Fourth Raikage would soon appear in the video.
And finally face… his punishment.
Hidden Cloud Village – Raikage's Office.
The Fourth Raikage was enveloped in golden light…
And instantly vanished from the room.
When he regained awareness—
He was standing in front of the scroll's display, inside a sealed space.
In front of him floated three cards, each featuring a different character portrait.
A system prompt appeared:
[Select one of the three cards. Defeat the chosen opponent to escape this sealed space.]
[You may switch opponents at any time, but you must defeat at least one to leave.]
[Group Chat]
[Hashirama]: Madara! This punishment looks pretty simple.
Why were you hyping it up so much?
[Tobirama]: Nii-san… probably just being dramatic as usual.
[Izuna]: I bet each of those opponents has 100% accuracy with Thousand Years of Death…
and each one uses a different weapon!
Nii-san, am I right?
[Shikamaru]: I don't think it's that simple…
They probably aren't who they seem.
[Madara]: You all don't get it.
But trust me—once this starts,
the Fourth Raikage might never leave that space for the rest of his life!
Hahaha!
The more Madara teased, the more curious everyone became.
Then, the camera finally panned in and revealed the three cards in front of the Fourth Raikage.
First Card:
A muscular young man in a blue gi and dark blue baggy pants, with bandages around his wrists and ankles.
He wore black martial arts shoes and a white belt.
Second Card:
A bald man with a blank expression.
Third Card:
None other than Madara Uchiha—
And from his prime, no less.
Madara recognized himself immediately.
The moment he saw the punishment, he realized something important:
Each of the other two characters was someone the Fourth Raikage could NEVER beat.
And most crucially—
If the Raikage picked Madara's card…
Madara could personally control the avatar and fight him directly!
Of course, that little detail was known only to Madara at the moment.
Most viewers only recognized the third card — Madara.
But Bai Yan recognized all three.
First Card:
Son Goku from Dragon Ball,
and not just any version—
Post-Buu Arc Goku.
His power level?
Insane.
The Fourth Raikage didn't stand a chance.
Second Card:
Even worse—
It was Saitama from One Punch Man.
With infinite power, limitless defense, and unmatched speed…
That pick would be pure despair.
In the sealed space—
The Fourth Raikage looked genuinely torn.
He didn't know which card to choose.
This was a public punishment—if he lost in front of everyone…
The shame would be unbearable.
The first card showed a ripped guy—probably a physical powerhouse.
The second was just some bald dude… didn't seem special.
The third card was clearly Prime Madara.
He instantly ruled that one out.
Even though he'd been shouting at Madara nonstop…
Deep down, he knew the truth.
