Next day, Beatrice and Hailey walk into the production center.

"Can we see the best of the wines?" Beatrice said.

"Yes, ma'am." He walked to a wine barrel.

"This is literally ten bottles," Hailey tact.

"And more," the man said. Hailey stares at Beatrice.

"How do we drink all this without getting drunk?" Hailey lament.

"We will try." Beatrice grinned, convinced. Hailey rolled her eyes, smiling.

"Where do you say we start?" Hailey said tremulously. The bartender opened a wine.

"I will literally gush a lot," she said, taking her first shot. A drizzle sent to her body, making a taunt face.

"You expect everyone of them to taste juicy?" Beatrice chuckled.

"I didn't grow up in vineyard," she said, taking another taste down her throat.

"I guess that's me," she hummed.

"I can't, hell no. Before I could take another shot, I will be speaking gibberish," Hailey said ridiculously.

"I told you it was a default. Now what next?" Beatrice quest.

"I'm visiting most of companies inducing in our wine. We gonna preen the salubrious wine we have, we gotta sample, then we through a party, exclusive," Hailey demonstrated.

"Is going to be a lot." Beatrice firmly sipped a glass. Hailey nodded.

...…

A scene opens on Hailey walking into a room. Two men sat, watching as she narrated, reviewing a pack bottle of wine.

"I promise you, we have been deal. We bank on your health and customers," Hailey said so convinced.

"Miss Hailey, we are enthralled, but give us time, we will reciprocate."

"De La Winery is the third generation, entrusted in large," Hailey said tremulously.

"I know. I have worked with them in time past. We will give it a try, I promise," the 2nd Man assured.

"We have a gift for you." A man walked in with a cartoon, a wine bottle picture on the body. "No, just this, we invite you to our coming event. You will love to be there."

Hailey handed one of the men a card.

"Thank you, Miss Hailey," the 1st Man said, staring at the card.

"Thank you, sir, for honoring our invitation and for accepting our token of gratitude," Hailey appreciated, exchanging a handshake.

"Mrs. Caitlin, I promise you won't oblige your presence."

A new face of firm, time and hours enlightened us how Hailey walks from one company to another, meeting and sealing deal with convinced important individuals in the firm. Walking out from some organizations disappointing.

A freezing and dark night, Hailey wrapped in Beatrice's arm, lost in thought and exscind, Beatrice warming words and courage, warming the darkest moment.

Then the launch of newly invented wine. Men and women seated, enjoying the entertainment and fun, strippers dancing on the floor, waiters and waitresses distributing the glass of wine to each table.

...…

Weeks later

In the boardroom, the tension flaunting, the room creating a Hellish scene. Beatrice sat still, watching as everyone rages and bluffs in frustration.

"Mrs. Willow, then what happens after the throwing of millions in party, advertise and invention of this delusional Hailey ideas?" A man from the table across roared.

"Then we wait," Beatrice said blithe and so soft.

"How revel you're absorbing this ache?" 2nd Man grunted, his eyes brittle in vex.

"We'll wait. We have bled and I have heard everyone maul. We can't ameliorate the content," Beatrice calm voice.

"Mrs. Willow, this is ridiculous. Your calmness needs to be invented. No, I won't drown with you and this shedding invention. One more loophole, I will be out," the 3rd Man interposed in grievy.

"It all going to work out, I promise you. Just a little more discomfort, we all going to be fine. Hailey isn't seated, she's walking through the burns," she assured.

"We are not here to massage her wounded holes. We won't sink with you, that's all I got to say," the 2nd Man grunted, leaving the room, each following.

"Mrs. Willow, have a nice day," the last person to leave the room consoled.

Beatrice stood up, walked to the window, placed her head on the glass. In doubt, thoughts of regret rattled her mind. Fear of loss wore her. She walked back to her seat, tears crowded her eyes, her fingers fidgeting.

...…

Beatrice stared at the mirror, clutched the sink, looking at her reflection. She dropped a pill on her palm, shoveled it into her mouth with a push of a glass of water, walked out.

Hailey lay on the bed. A feeling of pain and agony flashes on her face. Beatrice forced a smile on her face, walked to her. Hailey was not convinced to pretend, eyes still watching Beatrice walking into bed.

"Try, shut your eyes. You might fall asleep," Beatrice cuddled her.

Hailey shut her eyes, letting the tears flow down her cheek.

"We went all dry. I shouldn't have. I'm sorry," Hailey said, sulking. Beatrice wiped her tears.

"I could say no if I wanted. I could stop if I felt it was, it was enough. So I get the blame, not you."

"You trusted me, you believe I can do it because you wanted to make me relevant, visible," she said, breaking, staring hard at Beatrice.

"And you did, drown yourself."

"And I couldn't make it a reality. The dreams remain in dream. I hate it," she said, like a sharp pain pierced her heart.

"But we did try. It better to risk it, than not even trying. Get some sleep, we have tomorrow to continue where we stopped. Only the dead give in. Get some sleep." She placed a kiss on her forehead, shut her eyes.

Few hours later, Beatrice dozing, snoring, Hailey stared at her, tears dripping down her cheek. Hailey stood up, walked to the system on the wood table, pressed a button, breathing life into it. Wiped her eyes. For hours, Hailey sat typing and sending emails like she was spamming email boxes on email site, fumbling through papers scattered all over the table, so intent and intimate with every move of her fingers from the laptop to the paper.

Around the clock, Beatrice woke but couldn't keep her sleeping eye open, shut by the wave of creepy sleep. Scene of Hailey leaving the room, walking back with a cup of coffee.

Next morning, Beatrice, to see herself left on the chilling room, as a reflection of light blind her sight. She yawned, walking around, no suspect of Hailey in the room.

Hailey ready with the first call of morning duty. Starting her day with the weakened sunset, in the vineyard with some of the farmers present on her arrival, talking while they walk around.

...…

Few days later

"You said we should trust her and we did. Look at what she made of it." Pause. "I strongly stood against it, she mesmerized us." The Man praised.

"We love you, Hailey. Please step in." Lawrence hailed.

"Without wasting time, let's invite the super woman. The little girl who mastered the game of business. Let's welcome Hailey Dean."

"How did she?" Teresa said, joy raised within her, watching Hailey walk to the podium, all smiles.

"I know she has it. She has my blood in her." Beatrice boosted, walking to Teresa.

"Special thanks to Mrs. Beatrice, for this huge success on part of my life. It's so impossible to believe we had something. She dug, raising the noises of strength into the room. Every time she speaks is all to lift my spirit, print of courage. And my Mum prays, keeping the smoke alive, my team…." Hailey smiling, words keep flowing.

"You did birth a little monster." Pause. "Most times she never comes home, and when she does sleep at home, she was always up. That project chewed Hailey. All thanks to you, Beatrice, you never give up on my kid, you believe her and you keep the line streaming." Teresa wiped her eyes.

"She did it all by herself. It was all Hailey. We are now making good numbers on sales and building channel around, it was all Hailey, and now recognized by the government. I never thought in my 20s. Sometimes I get envious. Classy hasn't decided what to do." Beatrice said, picked a drink from a waiter walking past, took a long sip.

"Here is my angel." Charles grabbed Beatrice by the waist.

"You said you weren't coming," Beatrice retorted.

"Why would I miss such a special moment? I know the value and morals." He kissed her. "Teresa, how are you doing?" he said, smiling.

"Great, guess I have to find a safe space, for my safety."

Hailey was spot grabbing a glass, breathed it all at once into her mouth, her eyes meeting Beatrice's eye. She took another glass, wasted it down her throat.

"Go get yourself a man, Teresa," Beatrice said. Charles wrapped his arm on her.

"I'm on progress, I won't let that get to me," Teresa said ridicule, her finger flitting on air, making a face as she walked out.

Hailey's eyes still on Beatrice, as she turns to face the raging face. Hailey swallowed another huge shot, a lava burning down her throat, her breath shaking.

"I'm getting something, at least the storm is over," Charles said so romantic. Beatrice nodded, giggled.

"You getting yourself drunk tonight?"

Teresa walked to Hailey. Hailey still held a glass.

"Mom, I'm fine," she grunted, walking away from her.

"I'm not carrying any baggage home tonight," she exclaimed.

"Mom, I'm not your problem." She grumpy, walking towards Beatrice and Charles.

Charles and Beatrice dancing.

"Are you already drunk?" Beatrice gasped to Charles. Charles missed a step.

"I make sure I never took a drop, not to look for you tonight," he said, laughing out loud.

"Hello, good day, Mr. Willow." Hailey smiled with a curved smile.

"Hey, Hailey, the hero in the movie. My eyes have been all over for you. You took the world off, surprise, very young, combing the elements, bringing in the vibe, sponsor and creating a new business marketing in the midst of excellence. 'DE LA WINERY' is on all ears. I'm so proud of you. My wife knew what you are, when she brought you into the field."

"Oh, Mr. Willow, that is a lot to keep me at my feet."

"Keep the good work," Charles encouraged. Hailey nodded.

"I'm off, Mrs. Beatrice," Hailey lamented.

"Okay, take care, Hailey." She smiled. She embraced her, placed a kiss on her cheek.
