Chapter 103 - Chapter 104: The "Villains"

Isaline seemed determined not to let Audrey off the hook this school year. No matter how busy she was, she would drag her best friend from the dormitory to the Great Hall for meals.

However, Audrey was really disappointing. Nearly a week had passed, and she seemed to have no intention of making new friends at all.

Except for Kamo Tsuruko, who had approached her proactively.

"Senior Astley!"

"Tsuruko, I've told you many times, just call me Audrey."

"Yes, Senior!"

Audrey suddenly felt a tug on her robes. She turned around but saw nothing.

Smiling, Audrey bent down and lifted the invisible Mr. Tocci onto her lap.

"Mr. Tocci, are you used to life at Hogwarts?"

A furry head rubbed against Audrey's palm, and Audrey heard Tsuruko whisper, "Mr. Tocci, come down quickly, don't trouble Senior!"

Audrey stroked Mr. Tocci's soft fur and laughed, "No trouble, no trouble at all!"

"Eh?" Audrey suddenly discovered a new continent. "What's with the green bump between Professor Flitwick's eyebrows?"

She looked at Isaline. In her opinion, Isaline was the transit station for Hogwarts gossip.

"I don't know," Isaline shook her head. "Professor Flitwick didn't have this big bump on his head at breakfast today."

"I know!" Draco leaned over. "It was done by that Gryffindor, Ron Weasley!"

The little cousin had a look of schadenfreude. "He made a big fool of himself in Charms class. His wand went out of control and flew out, hitting Professor Flitwick right on the head!"

Audrey looked at the Gryffindor table. Sure enough, Ron looked dejected and was complaining about something to Harry.

Although the Weasley's flying car hadn't crashed into the Whomping Willow, Ron's wand ultimately couldn't escape the sanctions of fate.

Speaking of which, the Weasley family wasn't short of money now. Changing a wand for the child shouldn't be a big deal, right?

Audrey looked at Professor Flitwick again. The old professor looked extremely happy, occasionally pressing the throbbing green bump between his eyebrows. Although he grimaced in pain, he seemed like a naughty child who had discovered a new toy, playing with great joy.

Indeed, the uncertainty of failed magic was truly fascinating, just like summoning a buffalo by mispronouncing the Levitation Charm.

Professor McGall suddenly walked hurriedly into the Great Hall. Using the Sonorus charm, she announced loudly:

"Aurors have discovered traces of the fugitive Sirius Black in Hogsmeade village. Given the danger of this person, no student is allowed to leave the castle this weekend!"

She was obviously not in a good mood. Originally, announcing such major news should have been done by Dumbledore, but the Ministry of Magic suddenly called Dumbledore away, so she, the Deputy Headmistress, had to do this thankless task.

"Quidditch training this weekend is also suspended, pending further notice!"

"No!!!"

Draco wailed.

He had become the Slytherin Seeker at the cost of sponsoring the team with Nimbus 2001s. He was looking forward to the first training this Saturday, but now, everything was ruined.

"Professor McGall, when can training resume?"

The one shouting was Gryffindor's Wood. His desire for victory had almost driven him mad.

"I don't know," Professor McGall said. "It depends on when the fugitive is caught! Or until we confirm there is no danger around the school."

Audrey didn't care; she was here on vacation anyway.

Draco, on the other hand, started poisoning the innocent steak on his plate with his fork. Audrey felt that the steak could almost be remade into meatballs.

...

...

Sirius Black was hiding in the Shrieking Shack.

He struggled to drag a box of candy into the house.

Without a wand, even survival was very difficult for him. He was tired of the life of turning into a big dog and rummaging through trash cans, but for revenge, he had thrown everything to the back of his mind.

Even committing theft, which he found most disgusting—that box of candy was stolen from Honeydukes.

Eating too much candy would make one sick, but at least it was better than moldy and spoiled food waste in trash cans.

Peter Pettigrew! That traitor!

When he saw the group photo of the Weasley family in the Daily Prophet, he saw the rat held in the hands of the Weasley family's youngest son! That rat missing a toe!

Except for the werewolf Lupin, the other three Marauders were all Animagi, and Peter Pettigrew's Animagus form was a rat!

Even if this rat turned to ash, he, Sirius, wouldn't mistake it!

"The 'Villains'"

So he broke out of prison.

The Shrieking Shack hadn't been cleaned for a long time, and he couldn't be bothered to clean it. His only thought now was to catch Peter and tear him to pieces!

It was because of this despicable, shameful, bottomless beast that James's family was ruined...

Oh, poor Harry...

He had intended to apologize to James with death after taking revenge. After all, it was his own decision to make Peter Pettigrew the Secret-Keeper.

But thinking of Harry, Sirius's heart softened for a moment. He couldn't die yet; Harry needed care. He heard that Harry wasn't having a good time at his uncle's house!

Sloppy as a tramp, Sirius wore ill-fitting clothes and grabbed a handful of Fizzing Whizzbees, stuffing them into his mouth.

Anyway, he needed to build up his strength now, and then infiltrate Hogwarts!

Also, he needed money. No matter what, he had to enter Gringotts—no, it was now called the Heaven and Earth Bank—before Christmas. He had to give his godson Harry Potter a decent birthday gift!

...

...

That night, Gryffindor girls' dormitory.

Ginny Weasley lay on her bed, covering herself tightly with the quilt.

In the enclosed space formed by the quilt, the tip of her wand emitted a faint light, and she was writing furiously in a diary.

[Senior Riddle, how can I make Harry pay more attention to me?]

The diary absorbed the ink and reorganized the text:

[Ginny, you are too unconfident. You have pure blood and outstanding talent. As long as you want, you will be the heartthrob of Hogwarts;

However, I feel you seem to lack some skills.]

[Senior Riddle, can you teach me?]

[Of course, but I can't sense the outside world and don't know the specific situation, so I can't give you substantial advice.]

[Then what should I do?]

[Open your heart to me and share your senses with me. It's a small magic, not difficult at all.]

[Okay, Senior Riddle, please help me!]

...

...

Northern Europe.

A seaside in Hordaland, Norway.

There was a huge limestone cave under the cliff here, just like the ancestral land of Veelas that Edmond had discovered.

However, deep in this cave was a huge stone door. Each of the two door panels was ten meters high and five meters wide.

The stone door was made entirely of black-cyan giant stones, covered with obscure and difficult-to-understand runic characters.

An old man wearing a half-mask and dragging a prosthetic leg was arguing with a group of goblins here.

"Mr. Gray, we saved you not for you to come up with bad ideas!"

"Thetis, do you have a better way?"

"This is an ancient ruin. Who knows what traps are there? If we break the door by force, what use are you to us? Can't we goblins cast Blasting Curses ourselves?"

Bode Gray limped forward, reaching out to stroke the heavy stone door: "Blasting Curse?"

He sneered contemptuously. "Haven't you already tried it? Although this stone door is incredibly sturdy and not easily damaged, I can still see the traces of being bombarded by spells on it."

Thetis shut her mouth and didn't speak, her face unhappy, looking at the goblins behind her.

"Lady Thetis, when the cracking work hit a bottleneck, we tried blasting the door, but it didn't work..."

"See," Bode Gray looked as if everything was under control. "Your subordinates had the same idea as me."

"But!" He drew his wand. "Magic and magic are different!"

He threw his wand out forcefully. Ice flowers splashed, and the massive stone door was instantly covered in frost.

Thetis somewhat regretted saving this man. If the power in her hands couldn't be directed at will, it would be meaningless!

"Ancient magic is beautiful, isn't it?"

Old Bode smiled wickedly. He waved his wand vigorously again, and a bolt of lightning struck the frozen stone door. With a boom, the stone door was blasted into fragments.

"See, it was quite wise of you to save me!"

Bode walked into the door first. "Thetis, don't you dare style yourself as my savior. We are partners at most."

He walked straight ahead without looking back. "This door counts as my payment for you saving me. As for what we can gain in the ruins next, everyone relies on their own ability!"

Watching Bode Gray disappear into the ruins, Thetis gritted her teeth, her expression fluctuating.

But she ultimately waved her hand.

"Everyone, enter the ruins!"
