The air was light, and the atmosphere just above ideal conditions in Dimension Z.
A gentle breeze swept through the expansive network of floating stations, stirring the ornamental trees planted along the observation decks and carrying the faint scent of rain-washed stone. Far above, the sky stretched into an endless expanse of blue, interrupted by wisps of silver clouds and the occasional streak of light from a passing vehicle.
Dimension Z was a world of its own.
Unlike the other dimensions, where land and sea dictated the boundaries of civilization, much of Z's infrastructure had been built vertically and horizontally across the sky. Floating stations of varying sizes hovered at different altitudes, their foundations supported by powerful anti-gravitational engines and temporal stabilizers.
