"Today's class will be a little different compared to our usual lessons," Instructor Barnes announced as they settled in.
His thick boots clicked against the floor as he paced the room, his dark eyes scanning the students. He looked more put together than usual today. He always looked like he'd just rolled out of bed, with his half-lidded eyes that looked like he was on the verge of falling asleep, and his five o'clock shadow that gave him a rugged/unkempt look. Still, it added to his allure.
This time, the stubble that lined his jaw was gone, leaving a smooth, clean-shaven face. His long black hair, broken by a single streak of white at the front, was nicely combed and fell over his shoulders in loose waves. The students all wondered what had brought on this change, and they were about to find out soon enough.
