"How did you get this?" I asked.
"They threw it at me and told me that you would know what it is." Ocello grimaced as he sat up. The wounds had mostly healed, but too much movement was not good for him.
It wouldn't do to tear open the wound again, but Ocello wouldn't be pushed back down. Instead, I let more of my healing energy out. I knew I would have to answer questions later, but I didn't care right now.
"It used to belong to my ex husband." I told him. Uchel groaned and I went over to him to heal him some more while I talked.
"Do you think that bastard is here?" he asked, his malice for my former husband dripping form his words.
"I have no idea. But if he is, then he isn't alone. The woman he was with must have brought him with her." I had talked to my husbands about the arrival of the red haired woman and my suspicions as to her actions.
