This time, Zimo kept smiling with his eyes closed. He didn't answer back, knowing Gu Yuxuan was giving that intense stare again.
Unlike Gu Yuxuan, he wasn't that patient. He opened his eyes, and suddenly burst out laughing. That kind of laughter that came when nothing was funny, yet so funny at the same time.
He couldn't be sure if it was because Gu Yuxuan was looking at him or because he had said something and no longer knew how to continue.
Gu Yuxuan watched for a moment longer, unsure whether to be annoyed or happy. In the end, the corner of his mouth betrayed him.
He pressed his hand on Zimo's mouth to make him stop, but it didn't work. And with all the shaking, Gu Yuxuan got off of him, pushed him a few times farther, while Zimo only smiled in amusement.
"Sorry", Zimo said, finally catching his breath and sitting up straight. He held his stomach that started hurting.
