Nadia's POV
"Are you alright?" Mr. Dolf asked, springing from his chair and rushing toward me with a glass of water in his hand.
The coughing fit was so severe that I couldn't manage to drink properly, and the water just spilled down my chin. Mr. Dolf took the glass back, took a sip himself, and before I could understand his intentions, he cupped my face and pressed his mouth against mine, transferring the water directly.
My eyes went wide as I swallowed instinctively, feeling the warmth of his lips against mine. I remained completely still, my fists clenched tightly in my lap.
I shoved him away, my trembling hands wiping frantically at my mouth.
"Please stay back, sir," I whispered, even though he hadn't moved any closer, his breathing heavy and uneven.
I struggled to stand, but my knees buckled and I nearly collapsed, gripping the edge of the table for support.
Mr. Dolf lunged forward to steady me, but froze when I shouted, "Don't come near me!"
