The Jaguar hit the ground where Sol had just been, its immense momentum carrying it forward and its enhanced claws burying deep into the dirt. But before the beast could rip its paws free and turn its heavy, armored body to face him, Sol was already moving.
He didn't use any fancy martial arts techniques… not like he knew any yet. He just used the sheer, overwhelming, crushing weight of his mutated Golden Liquid core. He drew a fraction of that heavy, viscous ocean up into his arms, channeling it directly into the shaft of his spear.
The Void-Oak weapon suddenly weighed as much as a boulder, but to Sol, it felt perfectly balanced.
He closed the distance in a single, explosive stride and swung the spear like a baseball bat, aiming directly for the Jaguar's heavily armored ribs.
