At midnight while town was filled with a silence the kind that premidated the storm on the opposite side of the town to significant action where taken simultaneously both by Damien faction first was a raid led by Carl and Bruce to annihalite the most prominent chambre of commerce in the loaning business under the gaze of protecting the livelihood of the people and upholding justice for them this action was supposed to be grandiose,flashi and most importantly to show everyone how dissent and disrespect would be treated by the baron it was meant both as a warning for those who were fence sitters and a warning for those who already started scheming to comeback to the fold before is to late.

Jack nodded and both came inside the building was composed of three floors the first for receiving clients and showing them merchandise the seconde floor housed the accountant and the guards area where they rested and finale floor was used by the head of the clan and the others stewards of merchants chambre this is the floor they will be heading to while they were going everyone they passed everyone greeted Jack and we're polite to him thus showing that he enjoyed a good reputation and some prestige from the son of the previous head and also for being manager.
Soon they where Infront of the door guarded by to guard who were at the advanced apprentice realm probably following the warrio path behind this door was their target the head of Oakwood clan and head of the merchant chambre they owned Douglas jack knocked on the door and said :' uncle may I come inside and I have a friend who would like to meet you '.
From the inside they heard a voice saying:' nepew you can come you and your friend'.
The guard standing at the door opened when they went in Damien saw a large and sturdy man some may say even fat befitting they usual description made by author in any novel when the describ the fat friend of the hero but he had a menacing air around him they energy flactuation around were those of low first grade lif form from the information Jack told him his uncle has stumbled upon a low level mage inheritance in one of his voyages and since his strength has advanced by leaps and bounds as for his element talent he isn't sure as no body has ever saw his uncle fight.

Then Damien answered:' as a first batch of goods I will buy put in an order of around ten thousand gold if the quality is good and satisfying I will put many more of the same magnitude '.
Douglas was dumbfound from what he heard this Grimm must be an agent of some big clan or organisation if he can get on his good side he wouldn't have to fear anyone even that cursed baron so making this deal is a must and if his word is to be believed he would make a killing from this deal this wiping out all of the negatives impact from supporting Dylan then said:' be assured lord Grimm out chambre is well known for its high quality goods'.
Damien then said :' I would like just to verify one thing before finalising the deal 🤝 '.

The Damien said:' as I was saying the most important thing is trust so I want to ask you how could I put my trust in someone who collided with outsiders to kill his brother in order to take his position..... '.
Before even Damien could finish his words Douglas was on the attack he shouted :' Lade of darkenss' dark element converged together forming a blade like form thrown at Damien he taught with this move he will finish his enemy but Damien was waiting for this attack only a fool would barge without being ready a red glow 🌟 was around him hi innate defensive speel blood shield 🛡️ activated on its on on the same time he used shadow tentacle and summoned two dark Knight and order them to incapacitate Douglas on the other he evadeed the shadow tentacles but the second when his speel chanting was disturbed dark Knight immobilizer him and Putin him in a position of he moved he will be killed then Jack moved and looked at his uncle and said:' I really don't understand uncle why you will betray my father he always treated you well'.
Then Douglas started laughing like a maniac and said :' treating me well he always acted high and might because of his knight talent ordering me around Douglas do that Douglas go their and reprimand me like I am some child so yeah he really treated me well and yes if time goes back I would do it again only this time I will make sure to leave no-one from his linage hhhhh'.
Seeing this Damien said to Jack:' drink his blood then make it look like an assassin has made his move as for his descendants their is no need to eliminate theme just turn to vampires in due time as for after taking the sit of the head of clan try to unite the merchant under and also sorry '.
Then Jack drunk his uncle blood untill he became a weathered corpse .

Then Damien attacked him and wound was quite visible on his chest thus Jack understood as to why his master was sorry he had to wound in order for this scheme to work after Damien cancelled the summoning jumper from the window 🪟 and went to back to his castle to see the operation led by Carl and Bruce what results it got.
