When Christina read the details written on the first page of the diary, she realized that it belonged to the father of this graveyard town—the very man who had dared to stand against Morwenna's dark magic. Christina began reading further, but then she stopped. Holding the diary, she walked back to Stephanie and Lily, who were seated in the outer room.
"Look what I found in the inner room," Christina said, looking toward Lily and Stephanie.
"What did you find?" Stephanie asked in surprise.
"What happened, Aunt Christina, and what is that in your hand?" Lily asked as she looked at Christina.
Hearing them, Christina sat down beside them and, after taking a deep breath, said, "This is a diary written by the priest who lived here—the only priest of the church in this graveyard town."
"Then read it quickly. Maybe we'll find some way to fight Morwenna in this diary, or perhaps discover one of her weaknesses," Lily said excitedly.
