Arya pov
Staring at Maya's friends being so jealous of me and Maya's sudden closeness. I had a new idea: I would make her friends hate her. After all, I knew they would know at least 90% of all her secrets.
I smiled weirdly and then suddenly looked at the time in a hurry.
"I will be back later in the evening to come see you." I began making her a bit confused and her friends happy as I was leaving.
"I need to go and check Aria's misery," I said to her as I made sure to sound as evil as possible…She nodded and returned to sit on her bed, but just as I was about to step out the door, she stopped me.
"I am still very sick and recovering, do not ever say you saw me like this, is that understood?" Maya said to me. I smiled and nodded.
"You don't even need to tell me; I know what to do after all; you are someone I now care about, so I would keep that secret tight. Do not worry yourself", I said to her before rushing out.
