The outer place is divided into four areas based on the topography..

The vast ice land of the mighty
The deep ocean of killers
The dry desert of poison
The only habitable region is the strip of land immediately after the invisible barrier protecting the inner place...
Humans basically enforcers...who have obtained the gift by god...rule this place...
There is basically hierarchy even here..
Three main emperor enforcers and their ally factions rule this place unofficially..
Officially there is no leader here..
There is power struggle and the balance of power is maintained by these enforcers...
There are some factions who are neutral...the ones who did not cower before the great power...
They believe in equality ...all the enforcers are same ...they follow the basic principle..
To protect the inner place, their family and to get strong enough to not let any outsider that threaten the existence of their world...
And obviously....like in any other place...the humans who deemed themselves powerful could not digest this fact...
It ultimately hurt their ego...
And the one they were up against was no normal entity..
