Chapter 47 - Chapter 48 Ning Rongrong, the victim of PUA.

  Yin Hao, munching on

sunflower seeds on a chair woven from blue silver grass, waited for Ning Rongrong's arrival on the only road from Shrek Academy to Soto City. Less than half an hour later, a figure in a light blue dress approached cheerfully.

Ning Rongrong didn't notice Yin Hao lying by the roadside until he called out to her.

  "Stop!"

Ning Rongrong paused, turning to look at the source of the voice. She saw a handsome man with long blue hair sitting on a recliner, looking at her with a half-smile.

"You startled me! I thought it was Flander!"

Yin Hao stood up, walking step by step to Ning Rongrong's side, circling her twice while scrutinizing her.

"How can you be so sure I wasn't sent by the Dean to intercept you?"

Ning Rongrong frowned upon hearing this.

"You...were you sent by Flanders specifically to stop me?"

Yin Hao stopped and stood in front of Ning Rongrong, looking at her seriously.

"No...I just wanted to joke with you..."

Ning Rongrong glanced at him speechlessly. Why are you being so serious? You scared me.

  But then Yin Hao continued,

"Although I wasn't sent by the Dean, if I'm not mistaken, you probably couldn't handle the intensity of the training and secretly ran away, right?"

Ning Rongrong frowned as she looked at Yin Hao.

"Yes, are you going to tell Flanders?"

Yin Hao smiled and shook his head.

"I haven't been in a good mood lately. If someone could accompany me around Soto City, I might feel better, and then I wouldn't bother to tell anyone..."

Hearing this, Ning Rongrong immediately smiled. She came out to have fun, so wouldn't it be better to have someone with her?

  "Okay, let's go together..."

Without any hesitation, she pulled Yin Hao's arm and walked towards Soto City with a big smile.

The two first went to a high-end restaurant for a meal. Yin Hao was about to pay, but Miss Ning simply pulled out a small bag of gold soul coins, at least a dozen, and said, "Keep the change."

She then led Yin Hao out of the restaurant amidst the owner's profuse thanks.

The two spent the afternoon strolling from the restaurant to the food street, and even browsed a general store.

Coming out, Ning Rongrong noticed something in Yin Hao's hand that looked like a dumbbell and asked curiously,

"Yin Hao, what are you buying this for?"

  Yin Hao smiled mysteriously.

  "Just for fun!"

Ning Rongrong, though puzzled, didn't press further. After browsing for a while longer, she returned to Shrek Academy with Yin Hao as dusk approached.

As night fell, the eight people who had been scattered regrouped on the playground.

Flander scanned the group, then fixed his gaze on Oscar and Ning Rongrong.

The dialogue was exactly as in the original story. Oscar, ever the simp, stubbornly refused to betray Ning Rongrong, only to have his soul power sealed by Flander and forced to run laps.

Flander then turned his gaze to Ning Rongrong.

"Tell me, did you finish the lessons I assigned this morning?"

Ning Rongrong wasn't afraid of him and readily admitted it.

"I didn't. The distance was too long, and I was hungry; I couldn't keep going,"

  Flander said casually.

"So you went to Soto City alone, met Yin Hao on the way, had a big meal together at a restaurant, and wandered around the city until now, right?"

Ning Rongrong looked at Flander with disbelief.

  "You followed me?"

Flander didn't answer her question but instead shifted his gaze to Yin Hao.

"Yin Hao, didn't you say you went to the city to buy things you needed for cultivation? Now you…"

Before he could finish, Yin Hao lightly waved his right hand, releasing the dumbbells he had bought earlier from his spatial ring.

Yin Hao held them in his hand and said…

  "Dean, didn't I buy it?"

Flander hesitated for a moment, but still continued.

"Buying something like this only takes a few minutes. Why didn't you come back after you bought it?"

Yin Hao put the dumbbells away and continued.

"Didn't you tell us we were free to move around? So it doesn't matter where we move around, I just stayed in Soto City for a while."

  Flander's face darkened.

"Don't try to deny it. You, running laps with Oscar..."

Xiao Wu and Zhu Zhuqing wanted to say something, but Yin Hao stopped them.

  "Fine, I accept."

Then Yin Hao turned and prepared to leave without looking back.

Flander looked at Yin Hao's back and nodded to himself. Although he was a bit arrogant, he was at least obedient and could be considered a promising talent...

However, Ning Rongrong, who was standing to the side, was not having it. She quickly ran a few steps to stop Yin Hao and then looked at Flander and said.

  "Why are you punishing him?"

"Because I'm his dean, and you're nothing..."

Then Flander began his most skilled act of boasting, a barrage of manipulative tactics that made Ning Rongrong start to doubt herself.

If modern businessmen saw this, they would all exclaim,

"Wow, that's impressive!" Ning Rongrong suddenly burst into tears and ran back to her dormitory.

Seeing this, Flander secretly gave himself a thumbs up, then said to Dai Mubai,

"Go and call Oscar back. Tell him I've waived his punishment, and have him comfort Ning Rongrong."

Yin Hao naturally wouldn't let Oscar go, so he spoke directly.

  "No need, Dean, I'll go..."

  "You?"

Flander glanced at Yin Hao, then nodded.

"Alright, go ahead, but hurry up, just head straight to the Great Soul Arena later..."

  Yin Hao nodded in agreement.

After Yin Hao left, he led the remaining group directly to the Great Soul Arena.

Yin Hao arrived at Ning Rongrong's dormitory and found her crouching in a corner, wiping away tears as she cried.

He immediately took a seat next to her.

Hearing the noise, Ning Rongrong looked up and saw Yin Hao sitting in front of her. She quickly wiped her tears and asked,

  "What are you doing here?"

  Yin Hao smiled.

"I came to see if you'd be defeated by a few words from others."

Ning Rongrong stood up and found a seat as well.

"Now that you've seen it all, can you leave?"

Yin Hao didn't answer her question but stood up and continued,

"Do you know? The achievements of every peerless swordsman often don't rely on the sword in their hand."

Ning Rongrong looked at Yin Hao with some confusion, not understanding what he was talking about. She had grown up in the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, and one of the two guardian Douluo of the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, Sword Douluo, was one of the world's top sword soul masters. His reputation wasn't built on the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile School, but on the Seven Kill Sword in his hand, earned step by step through sheer force.

Yin Hao ignored Ning Rongrong's gaze and continued,

"No one is born a peerless swordsman. Even the most skilled swordsman climbs up step by step from weakness. And what gradually sharpens over time isn't the sword in their hand, but also their gradually strengthening sword heart.

They can fail once, twice, even a hundred times, as long as their sword heart remains unbroken, they can temper their sword step by step, thus becoming stronger.

But without that invincible sword heart, even if they hold the sharpest sword in their hand, they won't have the courage to draw it."
