At exactly 10:00 p.m., Arcane stepped into a company warehouse that had been abandoned for more than eight years. The warehouse was quite dark, with only a little light from the moon outside, entering through the cracks in the damaged walls.
He walked slowly and carefully, looking around. Searching for his husband in that place.
His footsteps echoed throughout the warehouse, indicating that the place was completely empty except for himself and his shadow. But he was sure Julian was there.
The deeper Arcane entered the place, the more he seemed to hear the voice of someone whose mouth was covered with duct tape.
"Could it be Julian?" he muttered softly as he quickened his pace.
When he reached the middle of the spacious warehouse, sure enough, he saw Julian sitting tied to a chair.
"Mpphhh mph!" Julian felt so relieved when he saw Arcane walking towards him.
Arcane immediately ran toward him, trying to check on his condition and take him home.
