Chapter 24 - side : note 1

ABO System – Quick Notes

In this world, Alpha, Beta, and Omega aren't tied to being male or female.

ABO is a secondary gender, and it's the main identity that shapes biology, social standing, and relationship dynamics.

A person's sex doesn't matter much. What truly defines their "role," strength, and position is their ABO status, not whether they are men or women.

---

How the ABO System Works

1. ABO status is the primary identity

Whether someone is male or female, people see them first as Alpha, Beta, or Omega.

Social rank, relationships, and pheromone responses are all based on ABO.

---

2. Alphas

Biologically dominant with strong pheromones.

Male or female, Alphas are still the ones considered powerful or "top-positioned" in society.

---

3. Omegas

Highly sensitive to pheromones and more emotionally reactive by biology.

Can be male or female.

They aren't weak, but they have a unique biology compared to Alphas and Betas.

---

4. Betas

Neutral, with no strong pheromones.

Male or female, they sit right in the middle—balanced and stable.

They aren't seen as dominant or submissive in the system.

---

5. Love & Relationships

Relationships are defined by ABO dynamics, not gender.

Alpha × Omega

Alpha × Beta

Omega × Omega

—all considered normal.

For example, a female Alpha × male Beta is just as ordinary as any other pairing.

Same-sex relationships aren't questioned because society doesn't judge based on gender at all—everything is centered on ABO.

---

Why This World Doesn't Focus on Male/Female

The social and biological system is built around pheromones and ABO identity.

So questions like:

"Can a female Alpha be dominant?"

"Why is a male Omega emotional?"

…don't exist here.

People are already used to seeing each other through ABO, not traditional gender roles.
