The group jumped down from the execution platform and charged toward the exit of Marineford.
"Gurararara! Sengoku, it seems my sons have the upper hand after all!" Whitebeard laughed triumphantly, shouting, "Everyone, cover Ace!"

The Whitebeard Pirates' morale surged, and they all charged toward Ace and his group.
Sengoku felt like cursing out loud. What do you mean, your sons have the upper hand! If Bullet and the others hadn't interfered, do you think a reckless idiot like Luffy could have gotten close to the execution platform? Don't be ridiculous!
With all the high-tier combatants tied down and Garp pretending to be disabled, Sengoku was out of options!
"Whitebeard, don't think you've won yet! You can't possibly comprehend the full depth of the Marines' reserves!" Sengoku's face was grim; he had one last trump card! Even if he couldn't command the overall situation, Tsuru would certainly know what to do!

As Tsuru's command was issued, two figures emerged from the interior of Marineford.
Luffy and Ace were discussing holding a grand feast once they escaped. Suddenly, an intense sense of danger instantly enveloped them.
"Dodge!" The two instinctively leaped to the side, simultaneously shouting warnings to the others.

A bullet grazed Ace's skin and embedded itself into the ground. A sword slash left a deep fissure where Luffy had been standing.
Immediately afterward, two figures appeared in front of the group, blocking their retreat. Everyone looked over with grave expressions. They saw a man and a woman in Marine coats.
The woman was tall and beautiful, with a beauty mark below her lip that added to her charm. The man had a slightly vulgar appearance, smiling faintly, a cigarette dangling from his mouth, a pistol in one hand, and the other tucked into his pocket.
"More Marines?" Ace's expression was ugly.
The woman smiled slightly, stating calmly, "You forced us, the reserve unit, to come out. You've done well!"
Some Marines nearby recognized the two and immediately cheered.
"It's Vice Admiral Momousagi and Vice Admiral Chaton!"
"Fantastic! With them here, they'll surely stop these pirates!"

Ace's fire fist ignited the slash, and their first exchange ended in a draw.
BANG!
A gunshot rang out, and Ace felt a sharp pain in his abdomen. Looking down, a bullet wrapped in Armament Haki had pierced his abdomen!
"Tsk! Did you forget about me?"
Chaton's teasing voice rang out, and Ace's heart sank. He hadn't even noticed when the man moved. These two were truly powerful!
"Ace, are you okay?" Luffy shouted worriedly.
Ace shook his head, his expression serious as he told Luffy, "Luffy, everyone, split up and run! These two are not someone we can handle!"

Luffy, at this point, hadn't experienced the brutality of absolute power and still believed he could simply charge through everything. But Ace was different.

On the open sea, any moment of underestimation could lead to irreversible consequences!
He angrily reprimanded, "Now is not the time to be a hero! Our goal is a safe retreat! Don't linger; split up and go!"
Luffy considered this and agreed that Ace made sense. He signaled the others to split up and escape.
Unexpectedly, Gion gently shook her head.
"Give up! With us here, none of you will escape!"

Ace couldn't even see the speed of the technique. Gion appeared directly in front of Luffy, and her Konpira descended heavily toward him. If she took down Luffy, the Straw Hat Pirates would surely not escape either!
"Not a chance!"
A figure engulfed in blue flames flew in, blocking Gion's sword.
"Marco!" Ace was overjoyed.
Marco didn't look back.
"Ace, you guys go first; leave this to me!"
"Okay!" Ace didn't waste time talking. He immediately left with Luffy and the others.
"Don't even think about running!"
Chaton raised his gun and fired a shot, but Marco, in his Phoenix form, managed to block it.
"Trying to stop both of us by yourself, Marco? You're being too arrogant!"
Gion appeared behind Marco, her Konpira blade black with Armament Haki, slashing toward Marco's back! Marco twisted his body, barely avoiding a vital hit. The blue flames burned, rapidly repairing Marco's wound.
However, in that brief delay, Chaton instantly broke away from the fight and chased after Ace and the others. Marco tried to stop him but was fiercely pinned back by Gion's continuous slashes.
"Damn it! Where do the Marines find so many monsters!" Marco cursed in his heart.
BANG!
Chaton fired another rapid shot. Ace couldn't react in time, and his leg was instantly hit by a bullet.
THUD!
Ace stumbled and fell to the ground. Luffy, seeing this, immediately stopped and turned to face the enemy.
"Gear Second! Gomu Gomu no Jet Pistol!"
Luffy's fist shot toward Chaton like a bullet.

Chaton's figure instantly vanished, and then a heavy whip kick slammed into Luffy's back!
