Chapter 100: I Tickled U Mom

...........

The two realized at the same time that Adam was a fucking lost cause. Who hires someone who tried to assassinate him?

He exhibits symptoms of insanity in more ways than one, so they kind of just gave up and decided to just go along with his insanity.

Adam made quick, casual introductions. "Elektra, Jean Grey, Anna Marie. Elektra is here because I'm paying her a decent sum to train you both in her particular… arts. So, to get the best return on my investment."

He added with a wink, "You need to suck her dry of every bit of knowledge she has. Figuratively. Mostly."

Elektra, seizing the shift, moved the conversation to business. "Have you reviewed the dossier I sent? The proposition regarding the Hand?"

Adam nodded, his demeanor turning a shade more serious. "I have. The broad strokes are acceptable. They've been ticking my balls for a while now."

"But the plan needs modifications. We'll discuss specifics later." He clearly had no intention of diving into ninja clan warfare now.

Clapping his hands together, he shifted gears. "For now, we train. Elektra, you're on the clock."

The assassin slipped into her role with seamless efficiency. Loyalty wasn't her motivator; payment and a potential powerful ally were.

And what she'd just seen had firmly placed "crossing Adam Cypher" into the category of suicidal insanity.

She started with an assessment. Adam, however, wasn't content to be a passive participant.

"Tailor it," He instructed her. "Jean's a primary telekinetic and telepath. She needs spatial awareness, economy of motion for when she's focusing her power, and close-quarter disengagement techniques."

"Anna's power is touch-based. She needs flawless grappling, entry tactics, and ways to control the distance of a fight to force or prevent contact. I'll advise on their capabilities."

Elektra gave a sharp nod, adapting instantly. For Jean, she began demonstrating Aikido and Krav Maga principles; redirection of force, using an attacker's energy against them, creating space with minimal, efficient movements.

She paired this with brutal lessons in pressure points that could disrupt an opponent's focus even through defenses.

For Anna, it was Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Sambo. The focus was on clinches, trips, and holds designed to control the target or make them show weakness, because all she needs is a touch.

Elektra showed her how to slip past guards, how to use her own strength and leverage to trap a limb, and crucially, how to break away and create distance when she wants to retreat.

Then it was Adam's turn, who was watching her training methods and learning from them.

He had learned a lot from Logan; effective, brutal, but not enough for Adam because he wants to learn everything.

He's very greedy in that regard.

But time had always been his enemy. Now, he needed to remedy his deficiencies and, more importantly, master the alien powerhouse that was his vampiric body.

Elektra was the perfect catalyst. She was a true polymath of violence; a master of numerous martial arts, assassination techniques, myriad weapons, stealth, acrobatics, and marksmanship.

And she had honed two techniques to a supernatural edge; Nervous System Control, allowing her to deaden pain and push her body beyond human limits, and Pressure Point Location, to paralyze or kill with pinpoint strikes.

Adam wanted it all. But above all, he wanted her absolute, conscious command over her own physiology.

The training that followed was a grueling, intricate tapestry. Elektra started with the fundamentals, moving through stances and katas at a blistering pace.

Adam mirrored her, his Information Vision overworking itself. He could see the micro-tensions in her muscles, the shift of her balance, the flow of kinetic energy through her skeleton.

He was reading the information of perfect form, reading her like a book, for in his vision, she was a vibrant ball of information.

When she demonstrated a complex Kung Fu sequence, he replicated it after two viewings, his body adjusting with uncanny precision.

When she moved on to assassination footwork; the art of moving silently and invisibly even in plain sight.

Now that was troublesome. Even though he understood how to do it, his body simply couldn't achieve it.

The footwork felt nightmarishly difficult for him, the power within him too strong to force into silence. He still lacked control.

The most valuable lessons came from her specialized techniques. She explained the theory behind nerve clusters, striking not just to hurt, but to send debilitating signals.

Adam's vision allowed him to see the optimal strike points glowing like targets. She demonstrated her control, slowing her own heartbeat, redirecting blood flow to a wounded area.

Adam watched, fascinated, the data streaming into his mind. He attempted to replicate it, not with bio-feedback or instinct, but with direct, vampiric Blood Manipulation.

He couldn't control his automatic regeneration yet, but he could will a tiny cut on his palm to not bleed, or to bleed faster.

That was, however, not the goal. Despite his genius, he couldn't learn something so complex so quickly.

They sparred. It was less a fight and more a violent tutorial. Elektra was a phantom, using every dirty trick, having noticed his most pressing issue, his lack of control.

Adam thus had to act mostly as a tank. He learned to temper his strength, to pull punches, but most importantly, to avoid her tricky attacks.

He felt way faster than her, but he sometimes uses too much force, resulting in him leaping or moving further than he wanted.

And he certainly didn't want to break her apart, so he never hit too hard. In fact, he hit as gently as possible and tried to follow her rhythm.

That felt way better than the brutal battle he organized before. Following her steps, he felt tremendous progress.

Hours bled together. Adam showed no sign of fatigue, a relentless student.

Jean and Anna, however, were spent, muscles trembling, sweat-drenched, but their eyes were alight with new understanding.

Finally, Adam called a halt. He had a corporate conference to prepare for.

As Jean and Anna stumbled toward the showers, buzzing with exhausted excitement, Adam stood with Elektra in the center of the scarred training floor.

He rolled his shoulder, a thoughtful expression on his face. "Good session, it was lovely."

He said. He wasn't just being polite. He could feel it. The vague, powerful new instrument of his body was becoming less alien.

He understood its levers and limits a little better. The biggest factor wasn't just practice; it was his Information Vision.

He felt as if he had downloaded a foundational understanding of biomechanics and combat theory, allowing him to contextualize and adapt his vampiric powers at an accelerated rate.

It's difficult to describe just how incredible Information Vision is, but it basically allowed him to roughly understand and see pieces of experience that took her years and years to accumulate.

He was learning. Fast.

[Training montage achieved!]

[Assassin Jean, little overkill, no?]

[Rogue is even more of an overkill. Imagine an assassin Rogue, and she only needs a touch to kill.]

[Elektra is low-key terrified and deeply impressed.]

[The Hand plot is simmering… What does he want with it?]

[He said they have been sucking his balls, so they must be one of the forces targeting Cypher Enterprise.]

[*Tickling, not sucking, wording my man.]

[What's the difference. When I say I tickled u mother last night, u know exactly what kind of tickling I'm talking about.]

[What'd u say fuck me for? Tf?]

[True! He fucked his mother last night, not u, respect the grind.]

[???] [...] [I didn't... Ma mom is hot though, wouldn't mind the tickle.]
