Regina's POV
Ty took me to his mother's house at one of the middle class apartments in the city.
She has been an angel and really sweet. I feel like he told her some things because she's just too nice even though I've been cold.
"Regi? I made dinner, please come to the dining room."
"Okay." I answered from my room and walked out to the sitting room. I have to stay here without going anywhere because they succeeded in framing me for Sam's death.
"I'm glad that you came down. Ty told me that you like Mac and cheese, so I made it for us." She said with a smile and I just nodded at her.
I took a seat and we dug into the food. I made sure to remain silent. I feel like I caused the death of my lover and our baby.
"How was today?" Flora asked me with a smile.
"It was good." I answered, she works at a daycare not too far off.
"I'm glad you're looking more alive than when you came here."
I didn't answer that at all.
