Leo had to make a choice. If they had to maintain this speed, it was going to be problematic. After all, the ship wasn't really made to race in space, especially in an area more densely packed with asteroids than most other sectors.
It was as if the Head of the Lionel Family had intentionally picked a location that was close to his home planet yet incredibly difficult to reach.
Leo was certain that a few of these asteroids were decoys, filled with space weapons capable of vaporizing even the strongest ships if the exact route wasn't followed.
"Fine. I'll get them to slow down. Just let me think of a good excuse," Leo said, watching the sparks in the cockpit grow brighter.
"Sir," the Branch Manager interrupted, pointing at the main viewscreen.
"Not now. I'm thinking..." Leo paced back and forth, lost in thought.
