'Kaelus?' Leo stared blankly.
It was different to play with Fiona over items that no one wanted. But now he was bidding for something that two ancient houses wanted when he was supposed to be in hiding?
Was he worried that his disguise wasn't detected yet? Leo couldn't help but wonder.
What surprised him even more was the reason. He couldn't understand why Kaelus would want this thing when it was literally considered useless in Necropolis.
'Unless... he's not trying to buy it. He's just trying to play around and mess with others? That little bastard! Good work, little brother! Make the price rise more. Just make sure you don't end up being the last bid, or I'll stab that broke ass of yours in anger!'
After the initial surprise, Leo calmed down as he roughly guessed what this little runaway skeleton would be thinking.
Even though he wasn't certain if his guess was right, it was enough to calm himself as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes.
