Saying this, Ed manifested a card out of thin air, surprising Jenny. However, as a true noble lady who had seen her husband's storage ring, she quickly calmed down, thinking he had almost fooled her. She then watched as Ed tossed the card with surprising accuracy, hitting the back of Adam's neck.
What surprised her most was that the simple paper card didn't just hit and fall harmlessly to the ground. Instead, it struck Adam hard, making him fall forward. Thanks to Ed's perfect timing, a waiter carrying a tray of wine glasses was walking in front of him. Because of this trick, both men tumbled to the floor.
