After reaching the open deck, Ed quickly returned to his cabin.
"Why do you cling to me?" Ed asked gently upon entering the room and closing the door, not wanting to discourage her from taking further advantage of him in this way.
Lucilia, now a wisp of smoke, sat back down on the edge of the bed. Hearing Ed's question, she pointed to her legs.
Ed looked at her pair of slender, porcelain-like legs extended from under her dress, dangling beside the bed. Her jade-like toes, adorned with emerald green nail polish, added to her beauty.
He gulped, trying his best to suppress the beastly urge to push her onto the bed, knowing she could easily get away. He replied slowly, "They're beautiful... no... I mean, what does that have to do with you clinging to my back?"
"My legs have a congenital problem; I can't walk, so of course I have to cling to your back."
