"Heh, say that when you stand in front of him," Varkos smirked when he saw Brakkan's outburst. Just as Brakken was about to reply, the syndicate leader tapped his finger on the table calmly.
"Calm down, for now, even if we attack him together. We won't be a match for the Divine Sword Sect and the Crimson House combined," He spoke calmly, but the corner of his lips was curled up ever so slightly.
"Huh!? What do you mean by that?" Brakkan glanced at the syndicate leader confusingly. But Varkos's eyes widened in disbelief.
"Don't tell me…you plan to—?"
