After his harrowing fight with Akaza, where he was forced to reveal his true nature and his Sun Breathing to everyone, Goku fainted and had his left arm broken. Rengoku, the Flame Hashira, was carrying him on his shoulders. Next to him, Inosuke and Zenitsu, who was carrying Nezuko's box on his shoulder. After a long walking, the slayers finally returned to the Butterfly Mansion.
"We're here... I hope Aoi-chan is nearby..." muttered Rengoku. As he entered inside the mansion, Rengoku heard a voice.
"Rengoku-san!" it was Aoi.
"Aoi-chan! Glad you're here!" exclaimed Rengoku. Aoi, seeing Goku's conditions, made a concerned face.
"What happened to Goku-san?" she asked.
"An Upper Rank Demon showed up. He's alive, but his left arm is broken. I wanted to fight that demon, but he said me not to. And honestly, if he allowed me, I'll be dead right now," explained Rengoku.
"Bring him on the bed, we'll heal him immediately!" exclaimed Aoi.
"Fantastic... Thanks, Aoi-chan," said Rengoku. And so, the Flame Hashira entered inside the structure and placed Goku on the bed, (get well soon, my friend...)
"What are we gonna do now, Giggle-Eyes?" asked Inosuke.
"We'll send our crows to every Hashira. These crows will tell them that Goku's half-demon, can use Sun Breathing and is the son of the legendary Yoriichi... Though, I doubt they'll believe it at first," explained Rengoku, "but we have to try."
A few hours later, at the Butterfly Mansion, Goku slowly opened his eyes.
"Where... Where am I?" he grunted, confused and disoriented.
"You're finally awake, boss!" exclaimed someone. It was Inosuke.
"Inosuke-kun!" exclaimed Goku, smiling, "don't tell me you've been watching me all this time..."
"I did! You've been asleep for about five hours!" exclaimed Inosuke.
"Oh, I understand..." muttered Goku, "so... now... everyone knows about my Sun Breathing? And about my demonic cells? And about my father?"
"Everyone knows everything, boss!" answered Inosuke.
"Oh, I see..." muttered Goku.
"How long will it take for you to regrow your arm?" asked Inosuke.
"As a half-demon, I can't regenerate my limbs, but if I break one, it regrows many times faster than normal," explained Goku, "for example, in maximum three weeks, my arm will regrow."
"So, you're a demon, but you can't regenerate?" asked Inosuke.
"No," replied Goku, "but I'm immune to sunlight and have infinite lifespan, just like any other demon."
Suddenly, the door opened, and Tanjiro appeared.
"Goku!" he shouted.
"Tanjiro-kun!" exclaimed Goku.
"Tell me, what happened? How did you break your arm? What demon did you face?" asked Tanjiro, keep shaking Goku's shoulders.
"Maybe, if you stop shaking me, I can answer..." muttered Goku, as Tanjiro stopped.
"I just faced a tough demon," explained the boy, "unfortunately, now everyone knows my true name and origins.... you should know too, Tanjiro-kun..."
"That's not a problem to me! I use Sun Breathing too, remember?" said Tanjiro, "but honestly, I think yours is better than mine. You're related to the one who created it, I just inherited it from my father."
Goku smiled.
"Our fathers... Were strong warriors, weren't they?" he asked.
"They were," replied Tanjiro, smiling.
A few minutes later, Goku got outside the Butterfly Mansion. As he looked at the sky, the sun was shining bright. Suddenly, Goku heard something.
"My, my, guess who we have here..."
Goku turned on his right, and saw Shinobu.
(No... Not now..) he thought.
"How did you reduce this way, Goku-kun?" asked Shinobu.
"I fought against a demon," said Goku.
"I had guessed it, but which one?" she asked again.
"Upper Rank Three," replied Goku.
"Three? How did you survive?" asked Shinobu.
"Because I'm not a newby," replied Goku, "and because I used Sun Breathing."
"About this: Why didn't you tell us this earlier? Why did you keep it secret?" asked Shinobu.
"It was dangerous," replied Goku, "if Muzan knew Yoriichi had a son, ad he's able to use Sun Breathing, he'd send demons to me."
"But you know what? I'm feeling confident now. Whichever demon he decides to send me, I'll face it,"
"Such boldness, for someone who broke his arm," teased Shinobu.
"Tsk... whatever..." dismissed Goku.
"Oh, anyway, the one who healed your wounds was me, if you care..." whispered Shinobu, while she started to walk away.
In that moment, Goku blushed again.
(She... She healed me? Really?) he repeated. (I... I have to ask her out, now...)
"Shinobu-san!"
Shinobu turned.
"What is it, Goku-kun?" she asked.
"How... How old are you...?" he asked.
"I'm eighteen," said Shinobu, "what about you? I mean, your physical age, not biological. I know you're past five-hundred."
"I'm nineteen," replied Goku.
"Oh, so I'm the younger one here..." muttered Shinobu.
"Y-yes..." confirmed Goku, "and... There's more..."
"I wanted to ask you... If you might like hang out with me one of these days... Maybe when my arm regrows..."
Shinobu stopped for a second, staring at Goku.
(Please say yes, please say yes, please say yes...) he thought. Then, Shinobu spoke up.
"I accept."
Goku's heartbeat accellerated.
"I accept to hang out with you," Shinobu repeated, "but only when your arm is back."
"O-okay! That's fine!" said Goku. Then, Shinobu left.
(She... She really accepted...) thought Goku, blushing, (so... Does she like me back? Or am I fooling myself?)
But then, his thought were stopped by another voice.
"You're awake, Goku-kun." It was Rengoku.
"Hey, Kyojuro!" he exclaimed.
"Were you talking to Kocho?" asked the Flame Hashira.
"Yep, I was," confirmed Goku, "she accepted to hang out with me... Do you think she understood it?"
"Understood what?" asked Rengoku.
"You know what! Do... do you think she understood that I like her?" asked the boy.
"Yes, she did," replied Rengoku.
"Oh, fantastic..." said Goku, ironically.
"So, your real name is Goku Tsugikuni, huh?" asked Rengoku.
"Yes, it is," replied Goku.
"That's great! Honestly, that's a way better name than Goku Urokodaki!" exclaimed Rengoku.
Then, the Flame Hashira placed a hand on Goku's right shoulder.
"Welcome, Goku Tsugikuni."
