I wanted to know, no I already had a guess about since when did she know, but I want to hear her say it for some reason, my heart was becoming uneasy with things being like this .
She still smiling at me, put her finger in front of her mouth and first said :

But this time her tone was unwavering nor she was playful saying this, she was completely serious, waiting for me to promise her .

Her smile grow even more intense, it was a brilliant smile, one that was very familiar to me, one that I was almost addicted to, seeing me looking at her like this, she once again turned bashful .
I don't know if it were this current life thing affecting her personality or something else was in work here, but I can tell that Regina's character seemed to be a bit different than I remembered it being, the girl in my vision wasn't one to act bashful, even though she had a vulnerable side to herself, she was headstrong and quite straightforward, that what made our relationship a thing .

Silence engulfed our conversation, but luckily it didn't last for long, after a few seconds she began telling me her opinions on that matter, saying something that completely baffled me at first, she said :

After she said this, I couldn't help but look at her in my embrace, but she seemed to be avoiding any eye contact with me, she kept hiding in my chest, but I was able to tell what she was currently most likely feeling from seeing her reddened ears .
I was so nervous that even after hearing her answer, I couldn't believe what she was saying, so I was about saying something to try and make her understand when she suddenly went and said this leaving me completely baffled, so I couldn't help but say :

I sensed a punch suddenly landing on my chest but it was a soft one and then heard her saying :

I still wasn't able to see her face to read what her current expression looked like or even read more into it, but what I was indeed aware of was the fact that she seemed to have a lot of willpower to swallow this bitter pill and took almost all of her remaining will power to say those last words of her .
