At my sudden question she seemed to be startled, she jumped from the original place she stood in, but she raised her head and looked at me, the eyes of her weren't filled with brilliance as before no more, they were vague, empty eyes .
She looked at me and just tried to play it off, she said :
Nothing, I'm just feeling a bit uncomfortable .
Even her voice lacked the energetic and high-spirited tone she used to speak with, something weirder even happened, the bad premonition I had before suddenly become too severe, that it began to give me headaches, I was now massaging my forehead hoping that it will go away .
But I suddenly felt a pain in my waist that distracted me from my original pain to this new one, I was also surprised by the fact that the headaches got a bit better after I stopped staring at the pink haired Satsuki who seemed to be lost in thought or something like that .
I turned my head and saw that Shizuno was the person who was pinching my waist and she even had eyes that can literally kill, I sighed heavily and gave up on living a good normal school life, I didn't ask anything and just beared with her pinching untill we arrived on the Training Hall .
She was asked to go to the Kuroma side and I was too, but I told the teacher that I would like to join the Shirogane for today training class, my words shocked almost everyone present and even Shizuno seemed to ba startled at theis, she kept on staring at me, thinking that I might be doing this just so that I can avoid her, to some extent that was true, but that wasn't the only reason to why I was asking to join the Shirogane in training .
The bad premonition that kept appearing every time I tried to use a spell, made me a bit worried about using my Mana, so in training session I will be using my Prana .
At me saying this, all people present was stunned, all except for one pink haired girl, that instead of saying that she wasn't stunned, it was better to say that she wasn't even aware of what was going, she was completely lost in her own world .
The one who was surprised the most was actually the instructor of this group of Shiroganes, Tanaka-sensei, he seemed to be angry for some reason as he said :
What are you doing, Ryuu-san, you know that you can't do something like that, since it will be quite pointless, you can join the other Kuromas as usual and watch us from the sidelines, you would already be able to benefit plenty .
He said this as if berating me for even asking something as silly as this, he seemed to be still bothered about what happened earlier as well, that can be the only explanation to why he was glaring at me like that when he said these words .
I was also reminded that even though Kuromas and Shiroganes were allowed to train in the same class and the same place, it not for them to train with one another, but for them to observe one another, I guess that might be a wrong assumption based on my experience training with the Strikers .
Even though I already have a guess about why he called it pointless, I couldn't help but still ask :
" Tanaka-sensei, why are you saying that it will be pointless, I believe that I can gain something from training with my peers, care to elaborate why do you think so ? .
Him without an ounce of hesitation and as if the answer was already prepared on his mouth,he said :
Well, the answer is pretty simple, today's we have a mock battle, in today's battle, students will be asked to use there Prana and Light Arts to attack one another and your capabilities as a Kuroma, well, might get in the way of this mock battle achieving the targeted goal .
I understood what he was saying, since I already had an idea close to this in mind, but that problem was easy to solve, I said :
" Well, I won't be using my Kuroma advantages then, I won't be using neither my Mana nor any of my Dark Arts, will that solve the problem then .
His offensive attitude didn't disappear in fact it seemed to be growing more intense for some reason, which I couldn't but wonder what was this about, did I offended him somehow, he was first surprised at the words I spoke then he said almost fuming with anger :
Well, that do will be both dangerous and pointless to your opponent, once again not allowing this mock battle to succeed, why can't you understand that already, if you were to face an opponent without using your capabilities as a Kuroma, then this will mean that I will need to ask your opponent not to use his Prana as well which isn't possible since this mock battle was made to give the Saviors to test their capabilities with using Prana .
I was still unable to see where the problem was and why was such a handicap even be needed, so I couldn't help but say :
" Well, if that would interfere with how the mock battle worked then don't let either of us have such a handicap, allow him to use all the strength he had, I will not shy from using all I have as well .
Why can't you understand, I can't let a student get severely injured just for the sake of agonizing me, since you are unable to use Prana then just stick to use your Mana, but you wanting to just join using only your body without using Mana to fight against people who are able to use Prana was a no deal .
He said sighing heavily, as I heard his words, I finally understood that he seemed to have misunderstood something, he believed that I was trying to be rebellious or as he described it as me trying agonize him, which wasn't the case at all, I just wanted to learn more about Prana since I finally had gotten the chance to .
My Mana for the moment was unaccessible, so I need for the time being to get used to use my Prana in case of falling into some position like this in the future, so I decided to join the Shiroganes in their training, but that guy misunderstood it as me trying to be a bother, he also gave me the reason to why he wasn't willing to have me compete, he was afraid that I might get injured .
So that at least confirmed that he was doing that with taking me in consideration, Tanaka-sensei was indeed a good guy, even though he seemed to be at odds with me, he still care about me not taking classes for my sake as well .
But since I had found the reason to why he was blocking me from competing , I couldn't help but chuckle a bit which angered him more, seeing this I raised my hands up in the air in resignation and said :
" But Sensei, I won't be blocking the attack of these guys with my body, well, it seemed to be that I will, but not without using any powers, I would be using my Prana to even the odds of course .
As I finished saying this the whole area become silent then burst of laughter echoed on the training grounds, ridicule then soon followed as some beginning to comment about me suddenly going crazy and on and on, that continued for a few seconds before the whole room returned to be quiet again .
I opened my 7 Prana Gates and in front of their ridicule, my body was actually beginning to glow in white light, I infused my Prana into the ID Tag around my neck and summoned my katana and stood there looking at them, seeing me like this made a few people began to pinch themselves thinking that this might be them just dreaming or hallucinating, but soon they realized that what they were witnessing was nothing but the reality .
I was indeed using Prana, once again the one who was surprised the most was none other than the teacher that was trying to dissuade me before, he appeared in front of me almost instantly, then he began to inspect that I was indeed using Prana and not Mana, after he confirmed that to be the cas he gaped and almost fell down on the floor due to how much of a shock the scene in front of him was .
But he regained his balance barely before he collapse on the floor, he weirdly enough didn't ask me anything else only looked at Haimura then returned to look back at me, then he nodded his head as if indicating he understood what was going on, even though I doubt that he did, he seemed to be falling into the same misunderstanding as the Captain did, probably thinking that I too was an Ancient Dragon .
I was surprised that he was aware of the exists of Haimura being an Ancient Dragon, but not about me being able to use both Light and Dark Arts, it was a bit weird surprise I guess, but I can think of why something like this might have happened, it was probably linked to the competition that he had yesterday with the captain's younger brother, thinking of this I couldn't help but wander around the faces of the classmates in front of me, searching for that guy .
But all I saw in front of me was the shocked faces of them as they stared at me, but I felt their reactions were a bit acceptable, the teacher accepting this was one thing, but them accepting it was quite difficult, even though most of them must have seen something similar to this happening yesterday, I seemed to be in the center of attention currently for some reason .
As for Isuragi Jin the one I was looking for, he seemed to have not came to school, his screams from yesterday were quite loud, so he might be absent for a few days to recover from the trauma, perhaps .
I looked at the teacher and once again asked his permission to join the mock battle, his attitude suddenly shifted from being angry to one that seemed pleased for some reason as he nodded his head and gave me his permission, he then gave us 10 minutes of free time to stretch and get ready, or do whatever we wanted to do .
The first person that cane to ask me about what was happening was none other than my little sister Shizuno, I was glad since it seemed that this new piece of information have distracted her from continuing to pursuit the previous topic, being covered in ice wasn't a good feeling not to mention now that I might not even able to react in time, or use my spells to evade .
She had a gaping expression on her face, it was the first time I had seen her show such a reaction, she like the others seemed to have misunderstood me as an Ancient Dragon, but unlike the others, she seemed to have an insider information, she said :

I shook my head at her question and she seemed to have misunderstood something, the expression on his face grow more severe for some reason, she then let go of all what she was currently feeling or thinking about with a heavy sigh, I wonder what was exactly going on with her, but as if now aware of my confused state, she suddenly said :

I felt that she was struggling to say something, but was unable to bring herself to say it, seeing her like and even though I felt I might angry her with doing this, I flicked her forehead, using a super tiny bit of strength, she let out a cry and then began to rub the spot where I flicked her just now while glaring at me .
But Shizuno was a bright minded girl, she caught was what I was trying to do and after a few second her glare at me lessened, but only lessened, it seemed that I had unlocked her memory of what happened before with that flick of mine, she didn't say anything but weirdly enough I was able to feel it .
She humped at me then said with a grave tone :

I felt all the atmosphere around us suddenly turning cold at the mention of that guy, I almost lost control of my killing intent and unleashed it completely, but soon I composed myself thinking that if things went north, I will just take that guy life and be done with it, but that wasn't the only reason to why I was forced to regain composure .
The girl in front of me was the most important reason to why I forced myself to regain my composure, she was the one responsible for making the atmosphere around us turn like that, her eyes were empty and she seemed to be acting as normal, if not for the fact that her body was shaking a bit .
I stood in front of her and wasn't able to bear watching my little sister act like that, my pride as a king won't allow it, my pride as an older brother won't allow it even more, l began patting her on the head and it actually worked, she began to calm down, then all of sudden she throw herself into my embrace .
Seeing her like this, I didn't waste time in asking any unnecessary questions, the girl in my embrace were trying to find comfort and I had no problem in being the one to comfort her, I too embraced here, I then whispered in her ears a few words, knowing what she currently might be thinking, I said :

She seemed to be nodding after I asked, so I concluded that she at least trusted me to do this much, seeing that she seemed to have became a bit more cheerful, I said trying to poke some fun :

Barely as I said that, the voice of a clueless Haimura came asking about what he heard just now, I felt she began to write something, but I held it tightly to prevent her from continuing to write, I was able to succeed and stopped her for a few seconds, she then suddenly used all her strength and stepped on my feet with enough strength that left me aching in pain and forced me to let go, seeing her continue Writing, I hurried to leave the place while saying :
