HOOTTTTTTTTTTTT!
The sound of a car horn attracted both their attention, and the two of them, Mikael and the T-1000 turned to look at what was happening.
BANG!
A dumptrack speeded over horn's blaring madly. It crashed into the T-1000 slamming it forward and dislodging it from the silver puddle it was maintaining to confine Mikael.
The officer jumped out from the dump track after which it slammed into a wall striking the T-1000 against the wall. The officer raised an arm in his direction ignoring the crash behind him as he started to show a thumbs up.
Squetch!
"Watch out…" Mikael tried to ward but it was too late. A silver javelin pierced through the officer, his expression dropping from the original excitement to confusion shock and finally unwillingness.
The officer then dropped down his uniform being died red with blood as it puddles slowly on the floor.
[Dreamer has lost 4 Favorability points]
The T-1000 arm was still in the throwing form, but it started to deform from the wall it was still stuck in.
"You'll pay for that scrap metal!" Mikael took from his storage his M134 activating the skill engraved within its metallic structure.
For this machine to have made him loose points, to have killed someone when he wanted to have zero casualties. It was completely unforgivable! Despite his own insufficient Mana, the skill would still last for at least five seconds
"[Incendiary Storm]!!!
[WHRRRRR-BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR]
The sound of death, like countless tiny explosions erupting from a volcano.
The bullets were countless and almost appearing infinite as they flew with a fiery trail igniting the very air they travelled.
The impact of the Bullets was even more catastrophic, like multiple grenades exploding on both the T-1000 and the dump track. Shredding into both, reduced into the images of a honeycomb.
The T-1000 was in a truly disastrous state while the bullets were not enough to permanently destroy it, they scattered its silver body making it difficult to reassemble and the flames they produced on impact was also quite troublesome, further causing disturbance on its, structure.
Boom!
The car under the persistent bullets storm and threat of fire exploded into a fury of flames, further burying the T-1000 at its front in a tornado of fire.
Mikael backed up slightly while covering his eyes. Ten minutes had passed, and the next kill zone was already prepared.
Roarrrrr!
The T-1000 burst from the fire with an odd screech. It was like the grinding of nails and glass combined into something that made all who heard cover their ears. The T-1000 was still on fire.
Its body was now struggling to maintain its original human silver form, melting and reforming constantly. It tried to from its hammer once again but it failed dropping into a mass of silver pudge before the process could be complete.
The T-1000 flayed its arms in annoyance at the sudden failure of its transformation.
[Skill: Molecular phase shift]
Suddenly, it stood still, as if realizing something, and then its eyes turned to look at the building Mikael had been approaching.
The location of Sarah Connor had just appeared within its machine mind. But the location was only for a moment pointing him where he was to go.
The T-1000 hesitated for a moment as it looked at the human, but it was only for a second, immediately after it moved to action. Its lower half morphed to the speedy form allowing it to slide easily past the human who had been perusing him.
This was its chance. Despite the glitch appearing within its form as long as it was able to Kill Sarah Connor, it's mission would be complete!
Mikael followed the T-1000 behind it with an eased pace. The direction it was headed for was all under his plans.
Things were in fact going just as he wanted them to go. Mikael had realized this fact when he studied the weakness of the T-1000. Even though it was a machine, its behavior was human in a way. What he meant by this was that its action was too predictable.
For instance, now, Mikael had hidden Sarah Connor in the warehouse right behind the building the T-1000 was headed to. The T-1000 knowing Sarah's location had countless routes it could have taken example being It could have circled the building.
But the T-1000 was too much in a panicked rush to do this, so it headed straight in taking the most direct of choices. It had failed to consider that these was the same building Mikael had been approaching or the possibility that the building itself was a trap.
Bang Bang Bang Bang
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr Brrrrrrrrrrr
Bzzzzzzz Bzzzzzzzzz
He heard bullets being unloaded once more and he knew the trapped had worked as expected. The six units had already moved to advantageous positions once more, unloading their guns at the T-1000.
"This is for Jeff, you piece of scrap." Emotions were high and the officer from unit 4, the one who had lost his partner unloaded his gun with madness within his red eyes.
The T-1000, while their earlier bombardment had worked, had been slightly prepared this time. A shield had surrounded around its damaged silver body, slightly giving it time to reform its main body, but it was soon becoming overwhelmed under the constant volley.
"You all retreat. Be ready for the next actions."
"Yes sir."
Mikael entered just as the main body of the T-1000 was turning into a sludge form with javelins extending from it.
The T-1000 then proceeded to launch the Javelins at the six units who had already retreated before the attacks could land and kill them.
The launched Javelins pierced the stone and metal of the building deeply imbedded but the death they were to cause had been averted.
Mikael had entered with a grenade launcher in his hands. Instead of normal grenades these were his especially prepared liquid nitrogen Grenades.
Thoom Thoom.
The liquid nitrogen grenades exploded against the T-1000, the freezing coldness impacting the silver mass causing it to harden. The T-1000 was incased in a layer of severe cold that almost completely eliminated its flexible body.
But the grenades had only affected some parts of the T-1000, the other parts still flaying wildly at the cold chill. Mikael noticed strangely again how the chill was starting to steam, the parts quickly regaining their flexibility.
The Javelins the T-1000 had launched also started to return to it, countless silver puddles rushing towards the larger mass.
Thoom Thoom.
Mikael shot another round of the grenades and confirmed truly that they were slightly affected by the strange heating of the T-1000, steam already rolling from it.
But this had never been his plan to destroy the T-1000 anyways.
Thud
[Water stream technique: Micro tremor step]
He dropped the launcher and left instantly appearing at a distance away. He took out the walkie talkie again.
"Drop it on his head boys!"
"Yes Agent."
Mikael still distanced himself quickly. He was already aware of what was to happen next.
BOOOMMMMMMMM
CRASH CRASH
The building he had run from started collapsing inwards, floors crashing downwards spectacularly in a greatly planned explosion.
To cause maximum damage to the T-1000. Stone shattered, steel pillars collided, and higher floors dropped downward slamming into the T-1000.
"Cough, cough. "Mikael blew the dust from his face. It had gotten every where which was quite annoying but what was even more annoying was the fact that despite collapsing the building onto the T-1000 no notification of a mission completion had come yet.
This thing was truly a very annoying opponent.
Thud.
"Hahaha
Mikael rested on the ground, waiting again for the T-1000 to re-emerge. All was going as planned, only these last touches remained. Nothing could possibly go wrong!
Shwefffff.
A familiar presence appeared behind Mikael, instantly alerting his presence. He turned to look his eyes catching the unmistakable glint of a blade heading right at his head.
Mikael's fist shot forward at the same time not even bothering with defending against the blade.
[Water stream technique: Crashing stream impact]!!
Thud.
The machete impacted against the hardening on his neck but stopped only making a loud noise.
Mikael's own fist landed squarely against the large man's own chest, with a loud thud pushing the large man Backwards, further even than he had expected.
But seeing [Carnifex] current situation Mikael had an idea of what was wrong.
"You again, didn't I embarrass you once. Why are you back already?" Mikael mocking smile quickly returned. The displeasure in his voice was very clear.
"I must kill you… I will Kill you before this mission ends!" The once calm speaking [Carnifex] was gone. Now only madness and anger remain.
The newbie might have not understood what it meant to see his face but for [Carnifex], it was of the most importance to him as a Faceless men!
[Carnifex] was a Dreamer with an awkward status within the Tower of Dream, this was due to his awkward relationship with the cult of the Many-Faced god.
[Carnifex] had been recruited into the cult very early while he was still a young Dreamer.
His own poor background as a Butcher back on earth only made the fact that he could kill for money and earn so much very appealing to him and within the Tower having a spiritual support was always something many Dreamers relied on.
But tragedy struck for [Carnifex] in his own inability to become a Faceless men.
No matter how much he trained, no matter how hard he worked, [Carnifex] had been unable to do become the simple concept that made the eccentric assassins special, he was unable to become no one.
Even worse was the fact that [Carnifex] had been unable to abandon his emotions, his killings more from personal gain and emotions than as a form of releasing the living from their suffering.
These conflicting results had created a strange awkward air where [Carnifex] was considered a Faceless men but at the same time scorned for being a fake one.
The cult was not idiotic enough to abandon someone they had spent so many resources to cultivate. They could not abandon but they could shun and shun they did.
This had become widely known within the Tower and an extremely sore spot for [Carnifex] over the rejection.
In his growing madness, the first thing [Carnifex] had done was try to rip away at his face, a brutal method he believed would allow him to be a Faceless men but one which only attracted scorn towards him.
Even worse was the fact his bloodline granted him a form of superior regeneration, making the transformation unable to last for long. [Carnifex] next decision was even more brutal.
He had started a bloodbath within a Tower to all those who had seen his original face. In his thoughts, he believed that if there was no one who could remember his face he would have achieved the state of 'No one!'
And a killing spree he had done, solidifying his status as a true mad dog. A true lunatic created by the rejection of the Cult of the Many Faced god!
The lengths he had gone over five years to kill those that were aware of this face only proved his dedication to his cause and this newbie thought he could walk away alive, impossible!
He had returned to his mask wearing self but even then, Mikael was able to see the redness within his eyes.
"Yeah no, I prefer being alive. You are under arrest!" He spoke using the effect of his F.B.I status but [carnifex] remained unbothered
Crack.
Both pushed off the ground at the same cracking the ground as they charged each other.
BOOOMMM!
