The Shadow Scorpion at the forefront felt like it had suddenly leaped from air into extremely viscous glue, where every joint and drive shaft of its exoskeleton became incredibly sluggish.
The rapid steps charging forward seemed to be tightly bound by numerous invisible threads, becoming unusually heavy, and unable to step down smoothly for a long time.
And its arms, thrusting towards Feng Mu's head, were like swinging heavy hammers against the current. With each millimeter of forward push, the kinetic energy in the fists was rapidly dissipated by the surrounding "air," visibly reducing speed.
"Not only is there an integrated exoskeleton, but also a powerful twisted force field or inertial dampener, or maybe some kind of... localized gravity control device?!"
Shadow Scorpion was aghast in its heart, but the attack was already launched, like an arrow leaving the bowstring, with no way back. It could only crazily activate the power core.
