This Talisman is called the Exorcism Talisman, a Tier Two Upper Grade Talisman. All nine Foundation Establishment cultivators from the Wind Moon Sect who came to the Langya Spirit Realm were granted a few of these by Situ Jiang, intending to safely collect the Earth Demon Spirit Qi when encountered.
