Amy looked at Victor:
"Someone like you, Victor, with the inheritance of a Great Wizard Clan, doesn't have much to worry about. Even if you don't have purchasing privileges within the academy, you can always obtain more advanced Witchcraft from your family. But for someone like me, whose family inheritance doesn't span one generation and without a deep background, it's troublesome."
Victor nodded, indicating his understanding.
His family indeed had its own channels to make up for the lack of academy privileges.
"However, thankfully, there's a way out." Amy's eyes gleamed with light, "Wizards, after completing the contracted years of military service, before reaching the Fourth Level Wizard, can choose whether to continue freely participating in Plane Wars. And every time a Plane is conquered, or after a certain front reaches a hiatus, a batch of wizards will return to get some rest."
Jeming nodded; he was also aware of this.
