These two Heavenly and Earthly Treasures leave Yi Tian stunned. He's got a lucky wheel and a huge advantage, that's how he managed to get one Cyan Spirit Fruit Tree. Phoenix Race actually has two such treasures, and at such high levels.

"Though these are old trees and their yield is tempting, a 300-month ripening time—don't know if I'll live that long!" Yi Tian replies ambiguously.
"Plenty of people in our Zone pulled Wood Spirit Liquid. Each drop shortens ripening by 3 days. Your Zone should get Wood Spirit Liquid soon," Purple Phoenix Moon Dance replies.
"Too high a cost like that, not worth it," Yi Tian chuckles—he won't let Purple Phoenix Moon Dance talk circles around him.
Heavenly and Earthly Treasure prices may be high, but the biggest drawback is the long growing time. Yi Tian's sure no one in the Monster Region will blow a fortune on these old trees.
Besides, folks in the Monster Region don't necessarily care about added attributes.
S-level Heavenly and Earthly Treasures are high-grade, but this Vermilion Fruit yields too many fruits, so the efficacy is diluted. Some S-level Spirit Fruit Trees supposedly bear just one fruit—super potent. One can push an Earthling's stats past 100 in all dimensions.
Plus—money! It's only their third day in the Celestial Dao World. Most people are barely scraping by. Who'd buy old trees that are more wishful thinking than practical?
