"Another group of outsiders..."
Standing before the Mountain God Temple on Zhenhe Peak, Lord Tingyao gazed down at the ferries passing below.
No one knew when it started, but his pupils could maintain a constant state, always perceiving the shifts in the River of Time.
This was a subtle mastery over the divine power of Future Knowledge, a testament to Lord Tingyao gradually crossing the Divine Gate Celestial Pass, becoming a Pathfinder.
However, Lord Tingyao had no intention to take shortcuts and become an All Heaven Star God.
For he was one of the first gods to follow the Tao Ancestor and the first to receive divine power from him.
In the Hundred Lands Mountain Range today, Lord Tingyao was the most trustworthy gateway.
Lord Tingyao could not, nor would he, leave this place to reside permanently on some star in the sky.
——Taiyi is just a shortcut; achieving the higher state is the true path.
