For example, Classical Music Appreciation, The Art of Ping Pong Appreciation...
If it includes 'Appreciation', just choose it. The exam will definitely be easy, but such courses are rare and get snapped up quickly.
Each school has different credit requirements for electives, but generally, it's above 24 credits. Elective courses can be 1, 2, or 3 credits. If you don't have enough elective credits, you won't get a degree certificate, just a graduation certificate.
