Hikari watched as the water drained from the basin. She then pressed down on the pile gently with one hand, squeezing out more water.
She tied up the pieces and hoisted them on her back.
They were still wet, dripping water as she walked.
Soon, she was back at the RazenHeir encampment.
She hung up the cloth pieces and counted them.
"None of them are missing. I washed them myself and kept an eye on them all the way. Could use a tracker to find the missing pieces. What was that beastkin's name?"
Her cauldron boiled. She opened the lid and groaned.
Ivory berries. Plus the Herdial grain had a funny off flavour.
She ate anyway.
After her meal, she crawled into her tent. She sat upright, her hair slightly pressing against the tent cloth.
She extends her legs, laying them flat on the ground, and then disassembles her boot, leaving the soles of her socks facing the entrance.
She meditated.
The faint sound of steam tanks rumbling out of camp.
The sound of a hammer striking her sword.
The constant howling of the wind.
After that first encounter with the sandworm titan, the operation to pave the road to the wyvern peaks had been going on without a hitch. She had to escort the convoys back and forth a few times, though the only hassle was cleaning all that sand out of her hair.

Ria entered the tent. Oh seeing Hikari deep in meditation, she covered her mouth and tip toed towards Hikari.
She got on her knees, and timidly kissed the cotton surface on Hikari's heels, and prostrated herself before Hikari's sock soles, quietly waiting for her to finish.
Hikari continued to meditate.

Ria knelt upright, her face popping up over Hikari's toe line.
Hikari scrunched her toes, allowing Ria to kiss the tops of her toe.

Ria immediately drops to her hands and knees and buries her face into the arch of Hikari's left foot and take a deep sniff. She moves her face onto the other sock and took a deep breath.

Hikari moans, she ran her fingers down her hair and then her breasts.
She spreads her legs, the soles of her foot tilt to the side.
As Ria's lips chased her foot arch, her eyes glanced at Hikari touching herself.
