One has to admit, Ron can be quite reliable at critical moments.
His suggestion was highly constructive, and it immediately solved the problem.
When Harry walked out of the house, he saw Miss Farley and Cassandra chatting and laughing, with Little Sirius standing behind them, eyes to the sky.
Upon seeing Harry, Little Sirius was silently mouthing, "Do something!"
Harry gave him a reassuring look and then suggested, "How about we take a walk together?"
"Where to?" Cassandra asked, somewhat baffled.
"Oh." Harry wasn't embarrassed at all, his mind racing, "Let's take a stroll around 12 Grimmauld Square. After all, Miss Farley is about to become the lady of this house in a few days, so it's only right she gets familiar with the surroundings, isn't it?"
"True." Cassandra nodded, agreeing with Harry, "Speaking of which, I promised Jemma I'd be her bridesmaid, didn't I?"
"Yes." Miss Farley said with a smile, "Lady Grindelwald also accepted the invitation. I hope she can spare some time to attend the wedding amidst her busy schedule."
"She definitely will, I suppose?" Harry said, "Considering you've been her assistant for so long, it only makes sense for her to attend your wedding."
Under Harry's deliberate guidance, they avoided Little Sirius's room. As they walked on, Harry suddenly thought of Phineas.
Bringing him up might not be timely, but Harry was determined to divert their attention.
"Phineas has been absolutely overjoyed lately." Harry said with a chuckle, "I've never seen him so happy. Before the holidays, when I occasionally visited the Headmaster's Office, I even caught Phineas humming a little tune."
"That's quite terrifying." Little Sirius shivered at the thought, unable to imagine what his grandfather would look like humming a tune.
As far back as he could remember, Phineas had always worn a gloomy expression—he had heard even before attending school that, despite being a Hogwarts headmaster, his grandfather wasn't well-liked there.
But then again, it's the only surviving grandson's wedding, which means the Black Clan will continue. How could Phineas not be pleased?
The bloodline of the Black Clan is bound to endure!
Miss Farley and Cassandra walked ahead, with Harry and Little Sirius following. As he watched the two women chat and laugh, Little Sirius finally squeezed out the words he'd been holding in for so long.
"How are things going?"
"Ron came up with a good idea." Harry said, "But don't forget, the poster on your bedhead is of a Quidditch team, nothing else—got it?"
"Huh?" Little Sirius was puzzled, "Why a Quidditch poster?"
"Because you can't tear down that wall, so Ron suggested putting up more Quidditch posters and using a Permanent Stick Spell to cover them up, hiding those Muggle girls." Harry explained quickly.
Little Sirius's eyes lit up.
"Why didn't I think of such a good idea?" He patted Harry's shoulder, "I gotta say, Ron does have a bit of wisdom in him."
"What are you two talking about? What's the good idea?" Miss Farley suddenly turned and asked.
"Oh, we were talking about surprises at the wedding." Harry quickly said, "Surprise—naturally, we can't tell you now."
"Really?" Miss Farley looked at Harry suspiciously and then at Little Sirius, feeling the two were up to something no good.
But since it's a surprise for the wedding, Miss Farley didn't want to pursue it further, knowing she'd find out in a few days anyway.
After roaming around the Black Family Mansion for a while and getting Ron's "everything's done" signal, they finally returned to Little Sirius's bedroom.
"Let's go in and take a look." Little Sirius cleared his throat and said.
They opened the door and entered. The people inside had already left, but before they did, they hadn't forgotten to ask Kreacher to clean the room properly.
Little Sirius's eyes first fell on the bedhead where posters had previously hung. The Muggle girls were gone, replaced by a Seeker, performing a Lansky Feint, diving fiercely downwards.
"Looks like you're quite fond of Quidditch." Miss Farley also noticed the posters.
"Originally, I intended to take them down." Little Sirius said awkwardly, "But you know, back then, I was in my rebellious teenage years, covering the walls with Qua… Quidditch posters, and they were stuck with a Permanent Stick Spell. Now, it's hard to remove them."
"That's alright." Miss Farley said with a smile, "We could cover these posters with wall panels. I saw some really nice ones at a Muggle shop. If you have time tomorrow, we could go check them out."
"That's not a bad suggestion." Little Sirius quickly agreed, "Come to think of it, this room does need a bit of renovation... Oh, it's all my fault, I've just been so busy lately... I'll make sure Kreacher takes care of this."
Given he's the Minister of Magic, being busy is quite normal. Miss Farley, now his secretary, knew he wasn't lying, so she didn't think much of it.
